I opened a chat conversation about the Reach service and ability to port my landline phone number to a mobile device. After the initial confusion about my request which was complicated, the chat was very informative and efficient. Response was immediate, answers concise and all questions answered. This customer service seems to be excellent so far.

I am not rating the cell service at this time but will consider that if we decide to proceed with this carrier.

The customer service is one of the very best with whom I have dealt.They are knowledgeable and eager to assist whether by phone or online. You get the assistance of a real person. Most recently, Aleen was the one that provided customer service that reflects the best on Reach Mobile.

This is a fantastic carrier! My bill for the first three months is $12.23 a month for 2 GB and it is on the T-Mobile network now, so I get 5G, which I didn't have before.
Tech support was great, and helped me out when Verizon botched the port-out, even though it wasn't even as issue on their side.
Reach definitely warrants all the five-star reviews.

Service seems to work okay, but voice mail is antiquated, neither the notification nor the actual VM shows who the VM is from, can't dial right back from VM, Doesn't display the number of VMs. This area needs work.

Manoranjan did an excellent job of helping me to understand if my phones and location will work with Reach mobile and I will be switching. The cost that was calculated during the Chat was able to reduce my bill by almost 50% including fees and taxes.

This was my first time changing carriers, and Reach Mobile made it easy. Instructions were clear and when I had questions Reach responded quickly. I made the switch in less than an hour after my welcome kit arrived. Note to Verizon users: you need to enter a transfer pin during set up, not your Verizon account pin. You can generate your transfer pin on your Verizon app.

The customer support at Reach is exceptional and they offer a great value for the price. The T-Mobile coverage is adequate for our needs but not particularly robust.

Malik was on the ball and solved two issues within a few minutes.

I highly recommend Reach Mobile to anyone who wants to save money without compromising customer service. I am pleasantly surprised once again by the personal attention to my account for discounting my usage according to what I use instead of what I signed up for. Another thank you Reach Mobile!

Internet service was unavailable today. I connected with Manoranjan via Chat. He tried to help but still problems, assumed outage in Phoenix area. An hour later tried again and ALL services were unavailable: phone, text, and internet!!! I submitted a ticket and Manoranjan responded by email within 5 minutes with instructions to remove sim card. It worked! Everything was back up and running normally. Can't say enough positive about this Customer Service Rep's patience and assistance.

Overall, a good experience. Activation was nearly seamless. Service, support and signal strength are all ok. Looks like a good value if it keeps up.
A few exceptions:
>Instruction sheet in starter kit was sparse and hard to follow in spots. Language could be more precise.
>Porting out existing numbers from Verizon created problems, possibly because 2 lines were being ported. Eventually sorted out by support rep in chat.

Great coverage. Surprised me with lower bill due to low data usage even though I signed up for the higher one. Thanks.

Additional info: Instead of using the card on file for payments, they used my debit card, so the charge for a other month of service came out of my bank account. My debit card was originally used to purchase the SIM card, but is not the card I put on file for monthly payments. Using the wrong card could have resulted in an overdraft fee that I can't afford.

Reach somehow thinks I have used my entire monthly 25gb of data in 2 days and the best they have been able to do at this point is add 1.5gb to my balance while they allegedly try to figure out what happened. It has been days since I complained about this and put considerable energy into trying to convince the rep that I could not have used this much data in a whole month, let alone 2 days.

Aside from the fact that they do not send you alerts when you are nearing your limit (which would have alerted me to the fact that something was wrong before it was too late) and do not send you a reminder a day or two before they are about to take money from your bank account for the next month of service (helpful for those of us who are seniors, struggle with depression, etc.)1, it has been very disappointing to spend as much money as I have with a company that I thought was going to be decent. It took forever to get my SIM card. Then I discovered that, contrary to the information I had found on Google, they do NOT use Verizon towers any more - strictly T-Mobile now, which doesn't work well where I live.

I have been through Cricket hell recently, so I know what the worst godawful internet experience feels like. This hasn't been as bad as that, although it's hard to imagine anything could be - but my expectations were higher based on my research, including Trustpilot reviews.

Online reviews can be misleading but boy am I happy with my new Reach Mobile service. Setup was a breeze and the reception is excellent in most areas where I’ve travelled from central Florida to the mountains of North Carolina.
