The person who helped me laid out all of my options clearly and moved through the process quickly.

I needed to update my autopay account information. I chatted with the customer service rep. and within just a few minutes the process was complete. She stayed online to verify the update. Best chat service I have ever experienced.

I'm genuinely delighted with Reach's customer service. I emailed them about an issue I was having with my voice mail, and they emailed me back within an hour to say it was resolved (and it really was!). No waiting on hold forever, no messing around with a chatbot, no long and futile search for an email address through which to contact them - reporting and getting a resolution for my issue was fast and so easy.

Easy, affordable, great customer service throughout all the years I've been a user. Thank you!

Started the process of buying 4 new lines but wasn't able to complete the order online or through the customer service. I was over 90 minutes on a chat with different CS that promissed that everything looks good and will be having service in few minutes but nothing happened. When asked why it takes so long to get service process going they said there was a glitch. 2 days later emailing back and forth to no solution, now i am not looking to sign with this company any longer.

Awesome support. You can sign up for more gb data plan and they charge the lower plan rate depending on what you used. Great people!

Good services, and a very affordable alternative to the big telecom companyies. However, the International Roaming plan needs some work. The billing and estimated usage is very confusing (logic and UX needs changing) and the data usage limit feature is not working. You increase it but the moment you hit 1GB your phone is not connecting anymore. I need to cancel my roaming trip and restart again which is annoying. Hopefully this will change.

I had a funky PW reset issue that I needed help with. After some troubleshooting, I got a human in chat to help me, and the issue was resolved quickly.

Great experience with Madhav in customer service. They were helpful, explained things well, and patient.

Pavitar was extremely efficient and handled my question and subsequent plan upgrade in no time at all. Reach Mobile customer service has always been amazing and is definitely one of the reasons I am a customer.

With the different carriers we have had over the years, REACH has the best customer service. They responded very qucikly to my initial inquiry and continued to keep me updated as they tried to reslove my issue and in the end, fixed the issue with my phone line.

Solved my more complicated issue very quickly and with a digital smile via chat!

Sonam was great helping me. In fact all of the techs we have had to deal with have been very helpful. We have to leave Reach due to coverage. I sure hope that the support techs with our new company are as good as the folks with Reach.

Kirti answered my questions promptly and fully to my satisfaction.

Meenu got my service working again almost immediately. My only reason to dock one star is that my service should not have been disconnected in the first place. Not her fault, but I have come to expect better from Reach.

Also, I was charged a reconnection fee of $15 when I didn't request the disconnection, and was informed that discounts and promotions added prior to the disconnection were no longer valid. I don't know how the latter specifically affects me, but it doesn't seem right.

Since writing the initial review, Reach Mobile withdrew the $15 charge and also gave me a credit on my account for the "inconvenience". I'd like to dock ½ a star for the situation arising at all, but kudos to their support staff on making it right!

Customer service, as usual, was superb in online chat! Babita was extremely efficient, focused on fixing my voicemail issue and thorough. There were a lot of parts to this problem. I'm not a newbie by any stretch (I build ultra high end PCs on contract) and having a knowledgeable tech base to contact is just one more reason to be delighted with Reach. It's not always about price but this carrier leads the way in both.

Quick, excellent, and helpful service. Mihir helped me quickly migrate my phone service from my old phone to my new phone.

Love the chat feature in the help window. It's so easy to get help with any issue!!! This feature alone makes it worth having Reach Mobile. No waiting in a line for help. I always have an answer in or my problem solved in minutes!!!!
