Fantastic first experience with Reach Mobile. I purchased an eSim while visiting USA and it was an easy process, great service and price. Mihir from Support helped with the cancellation as I left the area. I will choose Reach next time I need a plan!

What made my experience great was the customer service person's patience. She stuck with me until the bitter end. It took us over 2 hours to transfer 2 lines to Reach Mobile and she hang in there with me, I really really appreciated that. That is very good customer service. Also, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. I also like the price of Reach. I would definitely recommend Reach Mobile. Thank you Deepa.

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. In beginning I had Verizon service and it was great. Good plan and everything. Then I needed to add a second line and they said it can be only T mobile. Ok. I moved. And it was always something wrong. They charged me more by technical issues. But it took months to get my money back. Hours of chatting with the same answer : we have technical problem. I wanted to come back to Verizon. They didn't allow it. So I decided to leave. I prepaid new Verizon service. 8 days in a row Reach mobile can not port me out Still ...I receive a bill despite I already have a different service. Answer-technical problem- again. It is horrible service!!!
