Very Patient with me, but fortunately got disconnected before setting up voicemail. When I dial '1' it says wrong number and mailbox is full. I just set up this number!

I have had to contact Reach reps a couple of times to clarify some minor items with our service. Each time has been a completely refreshing experience versus what I used to have with a major carrier. I have been using Reach since 9/23 and have had no issues at all. If you contact the reps. they are right there to help, no waiting in a phone cue or dealing with abrupt reps. Polite, professional and, the key word, "helpful". Why didn't I switch to Reach sooner. I get top notch service for my needs at a fraction of my former cost. I am completely satisfied with Reach. I have low expectations for customer support from tech companies and Cell providers. Majid wani just proved me wrong with one of the best customer support experiences I've had in years.
I recently discovered my iPhone SE lost the ability to send or receive MMS (Group text) messages from Android phones. This appears to have been a result of an upgrade to iOS 17 - something well documented on Apple support boards.
Having already tried many of the YouTube 'fixit' videos on the subject, one of the posts on the apple support site said they contacted their provider, Verizon, who was able to fix it.
Taking that with a grain of salt, I looked to the Reach Mobile site for support, and opened a chat. I was surprised that the chat bot immediately offered an option to chat with a real person. I clicked that and Majid wani responded. After explaining my problem, she took a few minutes then told me what they would try on their side, and asked me to do a network reset on my phone, then try again.
Closing the chat, I tried what they suggested, and it did not work. Having received a transcript of the chat session via email, I emailed back to indicate it didn't work - and expected that would be the end of it.
Yet within an hour I received another email from Majid who said they had tried another time to reset the MMS service on the server, and for me to try it again. This time it worked.
What impressed me most was the proactive 'second effort' to solve the issue. I haven't experienced that type of customer support for quite a while.

I've been a Reach Mobile customer now for over 2-1/2 years and have had exceptional service. Coverage has been as good as my previous carrier, Verizon, was. Recently I was experiencing an issue of not being able to send photos from my iPhone to any contact with an Android. This was going on for a month or longer and was super frustrating. I tried every recommendation that the internet was throwing at me, with no luck at all. I finally called Reach and was kicking myself for not doing it sooner. They fixed the problem remotely, without me having to do a thing! It was fantastic and better yet, I only ever spoke to the first person who picked up the phone. No automated run-around. No department transfers. No big corporation BS. They continue to impress me :)

I've had several awful experiences where data doesn't refresh, the data monitor is inaccurate, or the network just goes out. Huge waste of time. Customer service response is inadequate, they offered $20 credit on one billing cycle. I've wasted hours of time, that kind of compensation is insulting and doesn't make it right.

Madhukant was very efficient and helpful when I needed to port out numbers to get coverage in a new area. Reach service has been excellent while we uused it.

Mihir was an excellent help when I was getting an SOS Only error and he joyfully helped me get a network reset on my line. Thanks for the great service! That is one of the things that makes this cell service awesome. Thanks guys!

Reach has a fast friendly support team who never kept me waiting or lied to me.
