High quality second hand clothing
I love searching (for hours!) through the re-fashion website, looking for a little gem to add to the wardrobe. The filters are fab for whittling down items to sizes/types/favourite retailers. Purchased 4 items this time and love them all. Great fit, excellent quality, easy to purchase and arrived quickly too. Will definitely be back…

Very impressed
Very impressed with re-fashion: placed my first order a few weeks ago and was delighted with my purchases which included a brand new pair of good quality trousers at less than half of the retail price. As someone who purchases most of her clothes from charity shops, it was great to have the experience of online shopping but at a fraction of the cost whilst knowing that I am helping the planet. Will definitely use again.

American or UK sizing
It would be really helpful if it is made clear on your website whether garments are in American or UK sizes. I ordered what was listed as a petite size 10 jacket but when it arrived I realised this was actually in American sizes and so was 2 sizes too big. Other than that I think your business model is brilliant and service excellent and love being able to return items in same packaging avoiding waste etc.

Good shopping experience
Good shopping experience. Varied choice of garments at a reasonable and fair price. I was able to find what I was looking for.They have high street and designer clothing.
Delivery didn't take long and when my clothes arrived they were in excellent condition and smelt lovely! I would definitely use Re- Fashion again and would recommend them for shoppers wanting to buy second hand.
