Fiz uma compra de um artigo no passado dia 29 de Março e respetivo pagamento , conforme pediram (valor de adiantamento).
O prazo de entrega estimado seria 21 de Junho.
Passado essa data contactei a empresa por whatsapp. Informaram que teria de efetuar o pagamento do restante valor, o qual fiz de imediato, isto no dia 6 de Julho. Pediram para confirmar novamente o endereco de envio, nesse mesmo dia.
No dia 15 de Julho perguntei se o artigo ja tinha sido enviado. Responderam que estavam a terminar e que enviariam na semana seguinte.
No dia 27 de Julho voltaram a pedir para confirmar o endereço de envio, dizendo que o mesmo seria enviado nesse mesmo dia. Pedi para me facultarem o tracking number do envio, ao qual nunca o facultaram.
No dia 5 de Agosto informaram que o artigo tinha sido enviado mas que ainda nao tinham o tracking number.
Nos dias 18, 20 e 21 de Agosto voltei a contactar por whatsapp a pedir o tracking number e nao obtive resposta.
No dia 26 de Agosto responderam dizendo que estavam em contacto com a transportadora e que eu deveria ter mais paciência.
Ontem dia 14 de Setembro voltei a questionar, disseram que o artigo foi ficou retido na Alfandega, que foi devolvido e que voltariam a o enviar no próximo dia 18 de Setembro.
Dado o tempo de espera totalmente inaceitável, pedi o reembolso ao qual ainda nao me responderam.
Eu estou totalmente decepcionado com tudo isto!

Very good quality, had some trouble with contacting the company to begin with, but that got sorted quickly. Overall everything went smoothly and i would recommend this company to anyne wanying custom sneakers

Experience was 1st class from start to finish. Excellent communication from BG customs throughout the process. Shoes look amazing photos don't do them justice would definitely recommend and will be ordering more in the future.

I’ve been a fan of BG Customs for a while and followed them on social media but never saw a pair of shoes that I’d like to own myself. Until I saw the Breaking Bad ones! Yungblud trainers arrived today. The fiancée is over the moon. She loves them.
