Our experiance with RDvault could not of been better. The software was easy to use and the support from the team could not be faulted. The review before submission to HMRC was so helpful and instructive. We will certainly be using RDvault for our next submission

Absolutley brilliant service from these guys and amazing value for money. R&D tax credit applications are getting trickier by the minute, and we would have floundered if we hadn't used them. What amazed me most was that the chap looked after us, new the accountancy side inside out and new exactly which buttons to press (and to avoid) to keep HMRC onside. Astoundingly he was also incredibly knowledgable on digital tech, and understood our complex technology completely. If all our suppliers were like these guys, my life would be so much easier. I cannot speak to highly of them

It's a great service that RDvault are providing - making R&D claims simple and lower cost for businesses. Too many services charge extortionate fees... There were a few hiccups with the process but the team really worked hard to resolve the issues and deliver our refund. Thanks!

We're a young energy-tech company that was looking to do a first time R&D claim. I personally had no experience of making a claim before this, but working with RDVault made the whole process a delight.

Absolutely fantastic service, and a great team to work with. They helped with linking our Xero accounts to their platform, walked me through categorising expenses (and were always available to answer questions as I prepared the claim), and gave guidance and feedback on the project questions / report writing.

Great experience with RDvault. Recently I have used RDvault software for a VR start-up company, VRTuoso Ltd where I am acting as a CFO and we got our claims through without any issues from HMRC. I found this R&D software I was looking for as I wanted to analyse and put the numbers by myself for the calculations, and RDvault does everything for you which saves time without going through lots of unnecessary number crunching. I worked with Shoayb (founder) and Anthony, they are both very profession, helpful, and easy to work with. The software itself is self-explanatory and the process was easy and smooth.

In summary, I would say you do not need to hire any external R&D tax consultants to do your claims as the software itself does the work for you, secondly RDvault experts will support you with any technical issues. Using this software, you will save huge amount of fees which we usually pay to the external R&D consultants. I am looking forward to working with RDvault in the coming months.

This is a great company, they are really professional and have a competitive fee structure. I actually wish I had found them sooner because there are a lot of companies out there that really take advantage of taking huge fees.

I've used RDVault successfully to claim R&D Tax Credits for my technology startup UnifiedVU. The process couldn't have been simpler. Once authenticated with Xero, RDVault allows you to select the expenses eligible for the claim. Then it's a matter of using the intuitive interface to write the narrative.

I've used Instafile (now Xero Tax) to file the claim with corporation tax.

RDVault is a great product. It is really easy to set up and link to your accounting software and enables a quick and easy analysis of your R&D spend. The online support and reference to the regulations especially in relation to the line items makes this a very easy product for accountants to use and calculate the amount of R&D credits which can be claimed back from HMRC. As a Financial Director, in particular I really liked how the application gives you a running total of your R&D Credits as you complete the analysis for each line item.

The CT600 report from the system can be included as part of the tax return itself. By using this software, you can significantly reduce any specialist professional costs which would otherwise need to be incurred - our saving in the first year of using RDVault amounted to over £30,000. We were also able to complete the work more quickly which enabled us to receive the R&D credit from HMRC earlier and manage our cash flow more effectively. Thank you RDVault !

We, at Soaring Falcon have been using RDVault for our R&D claims. As a tech established business, we value how softwares work. RDVault is easy to use, user friendly not just for us as the accountants but our clients also. It removes the laborious worksheet errors and formulas. It pulls data out of the accounting software but equally allows you to add or amend manually - which in the tax world, it super useful. It's a very practical tool and does what it says on the tin. So, if you have R&D clients, just have a go and see for your self. We, personally, wouldn't do them manually anymore! ...plus the team are also super helpful and work with you on any specific queries you have.

RDvault was really intuitive to use and upload our financial data and then allocate the R&D spend across the teams. The reporting writing capability was great to write the narrative for our major research and development activity. This has saved PHARMASEAL considerable money which has been critical for a start up business and am looking forward to using RDvault for our future claims.

The system is easy to use and the support from RDvault was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One claim submitted succesfully and R & D tax credit paid out. Second claim recently submitted. Can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic product at a great price with exceptional service.
RDvault made us feel safe and taken care of; they were professional, diligent and highly available meaning that we could complete our claim in record time.
The software is easy to use, intuitive and integrates perfectly into Xero allowing us to interface directly with our accountant.
With direct links to HMRC guidelines so we know what we could and could not claim, as well as direction on the narrative it takes the fear out of what is, and is not, required.
I’m happy to report that our 6 figure claim was approved.
Having worked with dozens of providers of this type, and developed accounting software directly, I would highly recommend this platform to startups and big organisations alike.

The team at RDvault were incredibly supportive and helped identify allowable costs that our previous service provider completely failed to inform us about. Their system is quick and easy to use with simple integrations to our accounting software.

They we're quick and also offered useful guidance on what we needed to incorporate in the R&D descriptions without targeting re-writes for the sake of it (something again our previous provider did leading to unnecessary further editing on our part).

All in all how can you not recommend a group that gets you twice the cash for half the cost.

Excellent service with significant expertise in the R&D tax credits area.

We have done a number of R&D claims before using companies to support the data collection process, the narrative and the general decision making process. We had hesitation at first at the prospect of using just software to collate the data, direct the decisions and undertake the submission, but the sizeable cost saving and the convenience achieved was remarkable....not to mention the support provided from the RDVault team. We cannot recommend highly enough RDVault as a soluton to R&D submissions -they made it simple (even fun). Don't hesitate.
