Great product. Was super easy to use, even for a novice who hates accounting like me. I really like how it walks you through each step and I can understand it all without having to pay a professional accountant. And we received slightly more than last year when we did use accountant to file.. So quite the win.

RD Vault has developed a software solution for R&D Tax Credit claims which will vastly reduce costs for companies doing these claims. Yes - it means that you have to do more work yourself, but what was so impressive about RD Vault is that they took the time to review the report narrative that I wrote, and made sure that our claim was broadly correct and accurate. Therefore, they did not just provide the software solution and leave us to it.

I think that doing an R&D tax credits claim is well worth it and I'm really impressed with the service we got for the fee paid.
