Excellent service from RDVault for our recent tax credit claim. They have a great portal to enter your claim information on but it's the customer service that is truly outstanding.
Shoayb and his team help you through the claim step by step to ensure you get the most accurate claim you can. They are proactive and very amiable.
The pricing model is transparent and fair (almost too fair!) and we will be using these guys for the foreseeable future with all our claims going forward.

The team looked after us from start to finish. This was some of the best service I have had the pleasure of receiving in any industry. It was about us and what RD Vault could do to make it a smooth and transparent process. We will be using the service year on year.

We previously used a company that charged a significant % of the claim, and gave us very little visibility on value of the claim. RDvault was much better as we could see the contribution of each item claimed in their software which connected with our Xero account, and they still took time to review on technical narrative. And for a fraction of the price... so thank you for the RD Vault guys for your help with our claims!

Working with RDVault has been an exceptional experience. It is always difficult putting trust in a new provider, particularly when you have done things a certain way for a few years. RDVault were incredibly engaged and supportive from the get go, and really removed any hesitancy from our side.

Whilst cost is not everything, the fee's were considerably lower than traditional R&D Tax Claim 'experts'. Having used multiple companies in the past, and enquired with others for this particular claim, the fees with RDVault were considerably lower. The low fee's were in no way reflected in the quality of the engagement and support we had through our claim. In fact, the RDVault team were incredibly easy to deal with, and helped navigating the difficult jargon thrown around by traditional accountants, and simplified not only the technical challenge of producing a report and collating data but the process as a whole.

I would happily recommend RDVault to others looking to make a claim, not only to save on fee's, but for a more complete and simplified experience overall. We are now engaging with them for our next claim, which is larger than the previous claim and this time we have the added comfort of knowing the process is going to be effortless and robust.

Very easy to use , great support and transparent pricing

Been using RDvault for a few years now. Excellent product, great team. Not only UI is very user friendly and easy to use, but also the RDvault team is there when things go wrong even not through thier fault. We couldn't submit filings electronically due to our accountants vendor (SAGE) not implementing the HMRC changes on time (6 months delay). RDvault team was quick to walk us through alternative paper route until the electronic filings were made available again. Would highly recommened to anyone. Very competitive pricing to boot.

RDVault provided an excellent services to us. The helped us to submit our R&D claim efficiently, at low cost and important with first rate service.
