As a startup that has never gone through an R&D claim, RDvault was great in helping us through the process. Even with our small claim amount of just over £3,000 they were always on hand if we needed any support.

I would highly recommend and will be using them for our next claim.

I was introduced to RDVault by a mutual colleague, and was instantly impressed in our first meeting when I was taken through the automated online estimation process. Being a software company ourselves, I was very impressed with the tool they had built just to initially engage with new customers and explain the process to them. The great service continued from there. I had a couple of years worth of returns to file, and the RD Vault team guided me through the process end to end. Their platform for managing the claims is easy to use and intuitive, and I really just could not recommend them more highly. Have already made introductions to other business owners I know.

I am an accountant and have many clients that submit R&D claims. I have worked with several R&D consultancies in the past and often find them expensive, particularly after the first year when much of the hard work is done. "Full Service" still seems to mean you do most of the work yourself anyway.
Recently I used RDVault for a claim on behalf of a client. They had 2 prior successful claims, and the report did not need to change much. We could not justify paying the punitive fee the consultant was charging to redo the calculations & refresh a report.
RDVault made the process super simple. Their system integrates with Xero so we had to perform very little data entry. And Shoayb and Antony were fantastic to deal with, super helpful for a "hands off" service. The claim was successful and I will definitely use them again for other clients.

RD Vault were clear and helpful at all times in the preparation of my R&D tax claim. I would not hesitate to endorse them to any business who can claim R&D tax credits.
