Excellent service
Excellent service, fitted a new Worcester boiler and service it every year. Always friendly and reliable, would not hesitate to call them for any future heating or plumbing jobs. Highly recommend!

I have been with them for almost 2 years and from the start have had excellent service. Last year's boiler service was great; the plumber also looked and advised on my shower and the broken control panel for my central heating.

Rapid Response have shown up for us for over two years
We’ve had rapid response in over the past two years to fit a new boiler, change all our radiators, fix a leak last minute and sort a badly plumbed radiator. We are also a part of their cover scheme and they come and look at our boiler once a year. They’ve shown up at different times throughout our house renovation and been incredibly reliable and good at their job - couldn’t recommend them more. All staff members are friendly and helpful
