They work very well
They work very well. Simple enough for my 10 year old granddaughter to operate. They feel very solid. Batteries don't appear to last 5 days as advertised, maybe because we leave them powered up? No complaints, and would recommend to anyone that asked.

Wow these are fantastic. I love them . I sent one to my sister who lives in Illinois and it sounded like she was in the next room. They are great. I ordered 2 sets. They came in fast. If your looking for great radios get these. They are number 1.

Radios themselves are sub par at best. Definitely not water proof or resistance. Company themselves have very very poor customer service. No matter what rapid radio company tells you there is a 50$ a year fee for this service. 0/10 stars will not do business with.

We would like to clarify that the Rapid Radios G1 model is not waterproof, while our newer RAD1 model is designed with waterproof capabilities. Since the RAD1 was released more recently, we’re not certain which model you received, and we would be more than happy to confirm that with you to ensure the product specifications match what you were expecting.
Regarding the $50 annual service fee, this fee is included with the first year of service at the time of your initial purchase. The renewal information is disclosed on our website within the product description, specifications section, and FAQ page so customers are aware of the annual renewal requirement after the first year. If there was any confusion surrounding this, we sincerely apologize and would appreciate the opportunity to clarify it further.
We also take customer service very seriously, so it’s concerning to hear that you felt your experience did not meet expectations. That is never our intention, and we always aim to provide prompt and helpful support.

I was having an issue with one of my radios
I was having an issue with one of my radio handsets that i could not resolve myself and had to call customer service. I spoke to Kelsey who was able to solve my problem. She was very polite and knowlegeable. She was also able to answer some additional questions that i had. It's nice be satisfied with a customer service agent and not aggrevated by them as it all too often is

These radios are Great
These radios are Great! I have had no negative issues with these radios. They work as advertised and the coverage is great. I can talk to my son who lives in another state and my daughter who lives in another county. Easy to program adding new talk groups to the radios for private talk to talk. Customer service was fantastic when I contacted them about adding new groups.

I bought 2 radios, had them shipped to Florida. The shipping was kind of slow. I almost missed them, but then sent one home to Michigan with my wife and we were able to talk from Michigan to Florida and back flawlessly. I would say they work great. And I have since bought 2 more

I purchased Rapid Radios after seeing how well they work. We were on a family vacation and my sister had hers. We went all over Kentucky and had the ease and convenience communicating. When one family member went back to Georgia the communication was still perfectly clear. So I made my purchase and also my niece made her purchase. We do group reps a lot and are delighted to have the ease of communicating in a group without having to dial cell phones. Hope we never have a disaster but feel so at ease knowing we will be able to connect with our extended family.

These radios is AWESOME
These radios is AWESOME! I bought them about 4 months ago, service has been exvellent with no issues at all. I had an issue where I accidentally damaged my radio, and Patsy with customer service was so helpful and got a replacement sent out to me right away. All correspondces with them I choose to do email and was responded to very quickly each time. I did call during business hours once or twice and there was no wait time on hold.
Overall great product, great customer service, and so worth it for the money spent.

Rapid Radios Customer Service is great!
Rapid Radios are great. One year on, there was an issue of more radios being listed than i had purchased when i went to renew my licenses. I contacted customer support and explained my problem.
