I had an amazing experience with my very first order. I wanted to use a gift card as well as my bank card for my purchase, but there wasn't an option to split at checkout. I emailed customer service, and Chris went above and beyond to help me out and make it possible for me, making it so easy and stress free. Super friendly and very efficient.

Another great purchasing experience, i had ordered a toy on tuesday morning in hopes to have it by the weekend, however it didn't appear it would as it hadn't been shipped by Thursday yet, i emailed Randy fox if it was possible to get it by the weekend and Chris did a great job organising it straight away on an express post and it made it on time.

Some quality products but a tad pricey and limited repertoire

The Tenga Flip Zero is hands down the best sex product I've bought. I've been through two fleshlights some years ago and they were okay but nothing compared to the Tenga.

Worth noting: The Flip Zero is said to be good for sixty uses. No. This is not true. Mine lasted two and a half YEARS before the hinge finally gave out.

You have to be careful to keep it clean or it might start growing some black mildew between the hard plastic and the silicone. This does not affect its usability, only having spots you can see through the transparent material.

Also, the magnets in the unit which attract it to the base for drying do corrode if you let them get wet. This can cause the plastic cap to come loose and require you to buff the rust off the magnets and reinsert them. If you're good about keeping your unit clean and dry, neither of these issues should be much of a problem, especially for the first couple years.

Overall, DEFINITELY worth the money!! It feels fantastic. Truly. And its build makes the material very very easy to clean, especially compared to a fleshlight. Literally slide the cover off and it opens right up for rinsing. I keep mine permanently in the drying position on my bathroom sink. It lasts WAY longer than it is rated for if you take care of it.
