Was a little worried after seeing the reviews on here, especially as there was no recent ones. However, I went ahead and purchased 2 items. There was an issue with one of them, but this was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Postage was fast. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Very disappointing. I bought a chastity device and it came in a zip lock back - no proper packaging at all so I don’t even know if it is new or second hand. It didn’t look clean or new either! 😡I wouldn’t recommend buying through this company ever again.

I ordered the 'Spiked Metal BDSM Collar' from this website. Living in the UK i couldn't find one like it anywhere apart from Australia, as i loved it so much i ordered it. I had to chase up dispatch via live chat but my order was dispatched a few hours later. It arrived quite quickly to be fair which i was pleased about. When i opened the parcel, i was a little disappointed. while i love the collar, it isn't the same collar in the pictures. the spikes are longer in the picture and the spikes are even distance apart, as in where the hinges are but the collar i received the is a much bigger gap where the hinges are. Had i known this, i probably wouldn't have ordered if I'm honest, i fell in love with the picture so naturally i was disappointed. please update the picture on your site.

Trustpilot invited me to write a review on March 11, 2018. I didn't write one then, but while shuffling through my old e-mails I found the invitation, so I decided to write a review of the Adultsmart parcel I received on March 9, 2018, almost one year ago.

I don't have the receipt of what I ordered, but I believe I ordered two (2) stainless steel balls, and other stainless steel accessories. These were heavy, dense items, whose qualities were excellent. (I had previously ordered from a different vendor similar balls, whose claimed stainless steel turned out to be chrome plating over base metal. The vendor did refund my money, I'm glad to say. I didn't have this problem with Adultsmart's balls.)

To deliver these dense, heavy items, the good people at Adultsmart bubbled wrapped them well and placed them in a heavy cardboard box, which was over-wrapped with a plastic bag and secured with broad red tape, with "FRAGILE" boldly printed in black type. I suppose you can say the 3 KG parcel was more than adequately packed for me to receive undamaged, 8823 miles / 14199.24 km / 7666.98 nautical miles away, which is the distance from Auckland, NZ to Brooklyn, NY, USA. A rather long way to travel, yes?

It was sent from NZ through their Postal Service by EMS and delivered by "my" Postal Service, the USPS. I liked how discretely the parcel was plainly labeled. I also liked how Adultsmart employees described the contents as a "TOY." How innocent, though I believe Customs probably X-rayed the box, as it didn't appear opened, else it would've been resealed with an "Inspected by customs" label affixed.

How do I know all these details? Simple. I still have the box from March 9, 2018, when I received it. And I've played with the "TOY" since. (A review will be forthcoming.)

All in all, I was very satisfied with how my stuff was delivered. And I was also mostly satisfied with their customer service, especially when an employee helped clarify a payment problem.

In the grand scheme of things, one year is hardly a "rounding error." But after one year, the good service and quality items I received from Adultsmart still resonant well with me. I will (and have) buy from them again.

Adultsmart is a great company to deal with, pleasant helpfull staff and excellent products. Their products have always worked as they should and were of high quality construction. I have been dealing with them for several years and have never had a problem. As an example I purchased a warrior penis cage which I have been using now for over two years. Adultsmart were a a great help in the selection of this cage and after purchasing I had it within a week.
There was a problem with the tolerances on the locking shaft and upon contact they sent out a new one no questions asked.
I now wear this cage daily and is weighty enough for you to always know its there..

One item doesn’t work. Please have option to leave parcels at the door instead of postal pick up if not home. That causes a major inconvenience. Otherwise all ok
