Great arrival time, Dirt in the product...
The package arrived ASAP and I am very pleased with that.
The contents of the package however, it was not the clean insides I would expect from a sextoy.
Some miscellaneus pieces of dirt inside the leathercase which the toy was kept in. It should be free from dirt.

UPDATE
The issue of the warranty has not been reaolved and now no one wants to deal with a fault. Very disappointing.
There was initially an issue regarding the warranty, with Adult Smart telling me it was covered by a company that knew nothing about it but this was eventualky corrected and everything seems ok now. Parcel delivered to the UK in only 4 days, pretty impressive.

Policy Violation: Misleading Information
The review from Mrs. R Shaw presents a misleading picture of the experience, primarily due to the rating given. While the review acknowledges that the issue was resolved and notes that our service, including prompt delivery and product quality, was “pretty impressive,” the one-star rating conflicts with the positive feedback in the text. Trustpilot’s guidelines state that reviews should accurately reflect the customer experience to maintain trustworthiness. This discrepancy between the written comments and the rating may mislead potential customers by creating a negative impression despite a largely positive service experience.
Grounds for Removal:
Inaccuracy and Misleading Rating: The core complaint—about the warranty—was resolved, and the reviewer was satisfied with both the resolution and the delivery time. Yet, the one-star rating does not align with the stated satisfaction, thus presenting an inaccurate representation of the customer's experience.
Potential Defamation and Harm to Reputation: Reviews containing misleadingly low ratings that do not correspond with the text can unjustly harm a business’s reputation. In the Defamation Act 2005 (Australia), for example, a company can request removal of defamatory content that unfairly harms its reputation. This rating contradicts the factual experience and could impact customer perception without justification.
Supporting Documentation:
The reviewer’s comment confirms the initial issue was resolved to their satisfaction and highlights positive elements, such as prompt delivery.
Trustpilot’s own guidelines on accuracy require that reviews should reflect the true nature of the customer’s experience.
Request for Review Removal We request that Trustpilot consider removing this review due to its misleading nature, which may negatively impact our business reputation despite resolving the customer’s initial concern. Removing this review would align with Trustpilot’s commitment to fair and accurate representation, fostering a transparent platform for all users.

First time buyer with no hesitation in returning
Thank you for high quality products that were easy to choose thanks to clear descriptions. Delivery was within expected timeframes and used my usual delivery man (Australia Post) and were in discreet packaging. He could have been delivering shoes. While shoes are pleasing, these products were more so ;). No weird messages etc so security worries of a newbie were unfounded too.
