Excellent products and service.

Excellent range of products. Fast service / delivery to WA.
Some sizes are not quite correct eg 7" King Cock Uncut is actually 8.2" in length!
Not a Randy Fox error, as this is Pipedream's own description.
Site is easy to navigate and has a friendly feel to it. Prices are as good or better than any other online retailer and about 15% cheaper than brix & mortar stores. Will definitely shop here again.

I recently duplicated an order in…

I recently duplicated an order in error.
Upon receipt, I emailed Randy Fox outlining my error and asking about their refund policy. I received an answer the same day and after returning the duplicated item unopened, received a full refund within a few days.
Highly recommend this company and their customer service.

I've spent over 4 hours searching heaps…

I've spent over 4 hours searching heaps of sites, even overseas, to find what I wanted.
I settled on Randy Fox because you had it, you were in Australia and you could deliver it with a week. A lot of other Australian sites, especially Amazon, wanted me to wait at more than that.

Thanks for your message. We currently do have stock reinforcements on their way! We've had a huge response in recent months and have increased our warehousing capacity and work hours around the clock to accommodate for all our lovely customers. We've got sea freight and air freight express stock reinforcements coming in daily, replenishing our catalogue, section by section. The current situation with logistics lines hit worldwide has been difficult, but at Randy Fox, no challenge is too tough!
