Fast and efficient, and a good rate
Ramsdens were able to deal with me despite me not being a UK resident. Though it meant I couldn't use the website to transact, but they were more than happy to call me to take my order. I contacted them by email and waited until the exchange rate improved. I received regular email updates of their best rate they could offer.
When I finally passed the order, everything was fast and efficient. As soon as they'd received my Pounds, they sent euros immediately, and the funds were on my account abroad within a few hours.
A pleasing outcome, they gave me a good rate and were fast and efficient.
I had been a former Wise customer who had to close my account because of Wise's incompetence, so I'm pleased to have found Ramsdens.
