I was running out of time before I was due to go on holiday, always things to do, and I couldn’t get along to exchange my currency. When I finally sat down at night when shops were closed I decided to try Ramsdens currency online. It was so easy to get into and everything was straightforward so I ordered euros for my next trip and it said I could collect locally. Before I knew it I had received a text to say my currency was ready for collecting when it suited me. I popped in collected my currency and out within 5 minutes, everything went like clockwork, the staff helped make it so straightforward and easy. And I got a good exchange rate.

All ready on arrival. Brilliant young lady serving. One could not wish for a better service. Will definitely use again.

Easy to order a few currencies on the Ramsden’s website. There was a minimum order on some which is quite usual and it was lower than my bank’s minimum, we only needed a small amount of some. Rates were competitive and they also offer buyback on notes. Pick up available from your local shop which was convenient. It arrived earlier than expected so prompt delivery. Friendly staff in the store who gave extra travel information.

I placed an on line order for $1000 Canadian dollars. As part of the order I was given 7 x 100 dollar bills. I have discovered that in Montreal all the museums and restaurants that I visited to date will not accept $100 notes. Therefore this order has been fairly useless. These large denomination notes should not be given to customers for travel money.
