This casino is one of the worst online ones out there. They have just got all these new tik tok trendy influencers to cloud their content with rainbet promotion. Compared to stake, roobet, and literally any other online casino out there. They have the worst rewards system out there. They give back Pennie's on the dollar and give it in small increments daily to get gambling addicts to deposit more. To put in perspective for reaching the same rank on rainbet as on stake, rainbet gave me 60 dollars for ranking up to platinum while stake gave me 3,000. When I had a rough month on stake, live support would often give me a bonus to make me to the next month. Rainbet offers nothing but promo codes with 50,000-100,000 dollars daily wager requirements. This website is absolute trash compared to competitors, save yourself money in the long run and take your money elsewhere.

Firstly - their shady practice of marketing to kids to social media placing bets etc. MAJOR red flag if youre targeting kids.

Secondly if your ethics are that low, you best believe they are up to shady shit behind the scenes.

I asked support to verify the integrity of their evolution baccarat games, but instead of helping me, they reffered me to their compliance team. Emailed their compliance team and after 21 days still no reply. Asked them for full refund if they are unable to prove the integrity of games is there and they restriced my live support chat and deleted every conversation i had with them. They even blocked me in chat just because i told everyone what happened LOL.

I had a very bad experience with Rainbet.
I deposited $101 and built my balance up to $914 through normal gameplay. Suddenly, my account was blocked and all my funds were confiscated.
The only explanation given was “multiple accounts,” which is completely false. I have only ever used one account. I asked their support team to provide proof (such as IP logs or linked accounts), but they failed to provide any evidence.
After that, they completely stopped responding to my emails.
This is extremely concerning because:

No proper investigation
No response from support
Legitimate winnings taken without proof

I was able to create and use multiple accounts under different email addresses, and at no point was I required to complete any meaningful ID verification before being allowed to deposit and withdraw funds. Even more concerning—after I contacted support requesting account closure/restriction, and they actually acknowledged my email, they still failed to take action. I am still able to log in and deposit funds on a new account, which shows a complete failure to enforce their own Terms of Service.

I deposited approximately €1400 on this platform through multiple ETH and SOL transactions.

My account was later closed due to alleged access from a restricted territory, however all deposits were accepted and processed without any restriction at the time.

I contacted support multiple times and submitted a formal complaint, but received no response at all, despite their stated response timelines.

I am simply requesting a review of my case and a refund of deposits accepted prior to the account closure.

I was betting on sports. I ended up making three deposits for a total of $1,394. Then I made my first withdrawal request for $506. I was asked to complete verification up to level 3. This requires submitting a document and a selfie, and then submitting a bank statement. They accepted my document and selfie, but they rejected the bank statement. Ultimately, they blocked my account. They didn't even return my last deposit.
