scam website. played for over a year on original dice game. betting on the 1st half of dice for 2x. all the 5 to 11 streaks hits on one side, went all to the 2nd half, to the crypto casino. completely manipulating algorhitms and flipping the switch as they wish. there is no fair play on this website. chance has extremes, on both sides, so why does it go only on one side on the long-term, and that side is to the crypto casino? ask yourself? I am Platinum III on that scam website. the rakeback is awful as well.

Casino used to be awesome! Ever since the new update, RTP does not exist. I know it's called "gambling" for a reason, but consistently losing every single deposit without a chance really hits. 100% scam site. I play on many sites, i cash out with some nice wins, but NEVER on Rainbet. Most of their slots deadspin and if they bonus it rarely gets over 100x. Also, when you deposit your OWN money you have to wager it with NO rewards on it. Absolute BS site.

I just type in chat that everyone should look at the trustpilot reviews on rainbet and they perma banned me so you see this casino is a scam they dont want you to type truth in chat xd

I had a very concerning experience with Rainbet regarding responsible gambling.

On April 9, I contacted their support and clearly stated that I have a gambling addiction. In the same message, I requested that they permanently close my accounts, including a second account that I explicitly identified.

Rainbet only closed the account linked to my email and did not act on the second account I mentioned.

I followed up and repeated my request, but the account remained open and I was able to continue gambling without restriction. From that point on, I lost over 50,000 USD.

What is most concerning is that they only closed the account after I explicitly stated that I was having suicidal thoughts. This shows that they were able to act immediately, but did not do so earlier despite clear warnings and multiple requests.

In my opinion, this reflects a serious failure in responsible gambling practices.

I have filed a complaint with their licensing authority and would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Allowed my son to create an account and deposit and gamble and withdraw. which is illegal everywhere! i have emailed their legal team and i am taking further action.

I advertised for this brand by Influenly, the company never paid up for what ig's: hesaballer , allaroundafc for the advertising and has scammed loads of influencer so imagine how they treat customer funds!

Me and my friends has had the WORST possible experience you could possibly have on a casino. After depoing small amounts and then finally winning ($100) Rainbet asked us to KYC in order to withdraw. We KYC'd because its no problem even tho asking someone to KYC over $100 is ridiculous... After we KYC'd they make up a TERRIBLE excuse every single time and HOLD your withdrawal and then ban your account... I don't know how this site is legal. They let you deposit but when you want to withdraw its a BIG problem and they will not let you do it no matter what DO NOT PLAY ON RAINBET!!!
