I lost over 6k this past month and the Rainbet streamer I was wagering under decided not to pay my $500 prize for his Leaderboard. I reached out to support and they did not help me. I tried to withdraw again and it showed an error. I contacted support and they said they are reviewing my bets. EVERY SINGLE DAY SINCE THEN, I have asked and they said they still "reviewing". Reviewing for a month? I have 2000 euros inside I can't access. I've emailed every single one of their departments, from support, to compliance, to the manager. Nothing. No response. I beg the support to give me an answer. They don't. I'm met with some AI telling me they will get back to me. I've been scammed. I can't do anything about it and they wont respond.
