Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your order went over the 2 week estimated turnaround time. This is due to us being in our busiest part of the year with back to school orders. We're glad you're happy with the service and we hope you're happy with the quality of your order.

Great product
Great, good quality product, with an easy to order and pay process. Delivery was slightly longer than the website had stated but I guess in the post-covid world its kind of expected - in truth that was a minor nause that can easily be forgiven in light of all of the other positives.

Excellent service from Raging Bull despite an error on the initial order
Embroidery of initials occurred on the wrong garment
Reported to them and new items were with me within 48 hours even before originals would have gotten back
Sometimes things don’t go to plan but having the willingness and capacity to put that right in such short time was really positive
Would use again 100%

Hi Mark,
You should have received an email to confirm your order as soon as you placed it. You should then have received an order complete email along with a tracking email from Royal Mail once dispatched. Please be assured that we didn't ignore your email. We have just checked our quarantine folder and have found your email, so we're not sure why it didn't come through to us. We're very sorry you feel let down by the customer service but hope the recipient love their Gloucester City Hockey Shorts.

Considering they have to embroider the club logo on the shorts and other items, I though the speed of service was good. Also, the quality of the kit is excellent.
