Received order quickly but needed to return it as it was smaller than expected. Have since ordered a larger one. I have emailed twice to start the return process as directed but not had a response a week later.

Really pleased with the Douglas Border Collie ordered for my daughter’s birthday. I’d been previously messed about by an EBay seller and so was looking for a reputable company selling the genuine article. The ‘ESSA’ arrived quickly and was packed with care, it’s a genuine Douglas and the correct size etc that was ordered. The quality is great, I couldn’t be happier with it and can’t wait to gift it to my daughter who has been asking for this soft toy for months now.

As always absolutely incredible packaged beautifully and always arrive so so quick and perfectly safe. I just couldn’t think of or want to buy from anywhere else their Douglas dogs are so soft and high quality the owner is so kind and amazing customer support.
