Couldn't be more happier with Radiance Doors and Windows. Claire kept me upto date all the time and she was so helpful and friendly as was admin.

An excellent job carried out in a very professional and friendly way. Lots of involvement with us, the customer, both initially and throughout the work being done. Everyone who came was on time and when the doors were fitted the site was kept clean and tidy throughout.
On Radiance website they mention under Our Progress, 10 Steps...these steps are Exactly what they do.
Cant Praise Tom and Danny, the door fitters, enough. No fuss, No mess, they just did a great job..and answered our questions along the way.
Special mention too to Claire, she kept us informed of everything and answered our queries etc along the way. Very professional and a lovely person to deal with.
We love our new doors, the quality,and the way they finally look. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a job Well Done.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Claire and the team at Radiance Doors have been. My daughter recently got her first home and discovered the cottage door was too small for standard composite doors to be fitted. The team at Radiance doors went above and beyond to help find an affordable high quality option for her. The finished result is stunning. All the neighbours have commented on how beautiful the door is. Claire communicated so well throughout and took a lot of the stress away. Tom came to measure and then fit and he did a fantastic job. We have ordered acoustic windows from them to replace our rear windows, and to create a quieter living environment from the noise outside, the whole process with radiance from sell to install to after-sell was really smooth and everyone is so helpful and friendly. Will totally recommend the company for whoever that wants to replace the windows and door.

From start to finish we received a 1st class service. Thank you to Claire, Richard and the team! Tom installed our composite front door. Tom was so polite and cleaned up along the way (he left the area cleaner than before!) I used Radiance Doors for a new porch and composite door (and frame) and I would highly recommend them. They were reliable, helpful and honest in the design phase and the communication was excellent. The install was when they said it would be and the job was impeccable. They left the area clean and tidy. This company is a really nice family team and I will definitely use again.

Richard was full of knowledge & advice during the initial stages when we were choosing our door & windows. Claire was patient, helpful & thorough, making sure each detail was perfect for us. We had a few requests & not once were we made to feel these were difficult to accommodate, including our specific coloured door, slimline bee door knocker & bespoke glass design for our round window.
The fitters (Tom & Danny) were friendly, highly skilled & extremely tidy.

I recently employed radiance doors ltd to install 16 windows to my property. The overall experience working with them was excellent. From start to finish they acted in a very professional manner. The pre contract liaison was accurate and professionally handled, the site installation was Sympathetically handled byTom& Danny. The level of expertise and cleanliness was first class.

I've just had 2 composite doors fitted with radiance,i can't recommend this company enough the service was excellent from start to finish clare kept me up to date throughout the fitters arrived on time and did a brilliant job they left everywhere clean and tidy and my new doors look perfect

Right from the start Radiance Doors went above and beyond to help me find the perfect door for my son. I was unable to attend the property myself, but Claire assisted me through the whole process, offering friendly advice keeping me up updated throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and I had the utmost trust in Claire and her team. They did a fantastic job, and the new door was fitted earlier than the scheduled date and looks amazing. I had the best experience with Radiance Doors and I cannot recommend them enough.

Fitting new porch door
Our dark wood appearance pvc porch door, let little light into our hall. We needed a change! We were very impressed with Clare’s advice at Radiance Doors. Always polite, extremely patient and very understanding, she responded to us promptly updating us with the latest information. When Richard surveyed the porch, his advice regarding the windows and glass was excellent. The quality of the product they installed is first class, including door handle, letterbox etc. We now have a lovely porch door, perfect for our porch and hall, which is bright and welcoming.
