Do not trust this website! I cancelled my subscription and have proof of cancellation, yet they are still pulling money directly from my account. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a total scam.
​Their customer service is non-existent when it comes to resolving billing issues or issuing refunds. If you give them your card details, they will just keep taking your money regardless of your subscription status. Save yourself the headache and use a reputable PDF service instead. I am forcing a block on them through my bank. Absolute thieves!

I used what appeared to be a simple PDF trial/service and ended up being charged on my American Express card. The transaction clearly appears as “pdfcharges.com Miami” on my bank statement.

I did not knowingly authorize recurring payments, and I find these practices deceptive and unethical.

Please read the terms very carefully before entering your card details, and monitor your bank account closely after using these kinds of PDF websites.

It is a scam!!! I needed just 1 quick pdf changed and now they are charging me €49,95 a month!!! No reaction on emails and can't stop this!!

I was charged 4 times for one PDF and impossible to get a refund. No reply. It is a scam.

Scam. They do a first transaction of 1,45€ and after a few days do another of 49,95€. Be careful

Got charged for 50$ even tho i never agreed to keep the subscription, never got able to refund either.

They are a scam and charge you 50 dollars days after your transaction

Attenzione: Sito truffaldino! Mi hanno addebitato 49,50 € nonostante avessero dichiarato un costo di soli 0,45 € per il download di un semplice PDF. Si tratta di un prelievo non autorizzato e ingannevole. Statene alla larga, è una vera e propria truffa!

They stole 46£ from my account when I did not subscribe to any of their service. This company is a scam

Would also rate 0 starts if I could - I paid a “one off fee” of £1.49 however a few days later I was charged a hidden subscription fee of £46.45 that I wasn’t aware of - I emailed the team on support @ files-editor.com explaining that I wasn’t aware of the subscription, this was mis-sold to me and as a result I will be expecting a full refund or will request a charge back from my bank - I was then refunded the next day. Unacceptable!

Paid for a one off fee of £1.49 for an e signature, then they reversed that transaction and have charged £46.45 to my account. No way of contacting the company

This app is a scam. They charge you to convert a file then all of a sudden 3 days later they charge you 49 dollars like you got a subscription. There is no number to call them to dispute so disputing through my financial institution.

if I could say no stars I would! total rip off my transaction was pending when this company reversed the payment of a few pounds and changed it to £46.45 then the bank paid it and nothing I could do apart from dispute the payment with the bank!

I paid £1.45 for a one off e-signature and then they tried to take £46.45 from my account as a subscription which I certainly did not agree to. I didn't receive an email confirmation from them for the £1.45 and no email to say they were taking this £46.45 a complete scam, I'm furious.

I paid a pdf £0.90 then they have charged me for £48.00 saying that I subscribed for a monthly plan .... when ??? I never received any email or anything else, they just trying to steal your money !! Thieves

A empresa EFETUOU uma compra no meu cartão de crédito, SEM MINHA AUTORIZAÇÃO, de forma QUE ENTENDO ser até criminosa, no valor de R$315,06, e outra no valor de R$47,00.E fiz uma compra no site deles no valor de R$3,97, relativa à edição de um PDF foi feita por eles e já cobrada, não efetuei nem autorizei nenhuma compra adicional, assinatura, etc. Solicito que a empresa seja notificada. Notifiquei a instituição bancária, porem nao consegui receber o estorno.Solicito registro desta queixa e resposta da instituição que representa a PDF Charges
