It was two days late and smushed
It was two days late. The day it was first “attempted” to be redelivered the driver didn’t actually come by and knock, I don’t think he even entered the building, he also didn’t leave it on the front porch like instructed to do.
When the cakes finally arrived days after they were meant to, they were smushed.

The cakes themselves were very tasty and arrived perfectly on time.
Unfortunately, the courier wasn't very careful and the icing was completely squashed.
However, the cakes still tasted fantastic.

Dry sponge
The cupcakes were quite pricey, which I don’t mind, if we were satisfied with the product. We found the sponge to be quite dry, far from a moist, soft sponge. Quite disappointing really as they were for my son’s 21st birthday.
The service however, was very good.

We’re very sorry to hear the cupcakes didn’t meet your expectations in terms of texture, especially for such a special occasion as your son’s 21st birthday. That’s really disappointing to hear, and we appreciate you taking the time to share this with us. We’ll make sure your comments are passed on to our baking team for review.
