First time I ordered from Rachael's…
First time I ordered from Rachael's Kitchen was 3 years ago. Got some again this year and the empty box of cupcakes can attest to how great these are. Will always have Rachael's Kitchen as my go to! Service top notch, communication is spot on. DPD chose to leave the box on its side on my porch but the cupcakes are packaged so well you wouldn't have known. Don't Hesitate and get some cupcakes 😊

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear about your experience.
We’re an online cupcake delivery business based in Worthing, and we don’t have our own drivers - so all of our orders are sent out via courier, regardless of customer location.
It looks like there was an issue at the depot and your parcel wasn’t collected for delivery over the bank holiday, due to a festival taking part in Brighton which distrupted the delivery routes - we completely understand would be very frustrating, especially alongside the lack of updates.
Please do email us at yum@rachaelskitchen.co.uk and we’d be very happy to look into this for you and see how we can put things right.
