Requested delivery for 4th June for an event on 5th June in NI. Were not delivered. Spoke to DPD they couldn't change anything. Sent 2 emails to company, and tried their online customer service to ask for support - no reply to emails. Have requested a refund.

Delivered on time and well packaged. They looked amazing and tasted delicious. I will order again.

Always love your service. Thanks so much team.
The cupcakes are always greatly appreciated by their recipients.

Bought as a housewarming gift and the recipients loved them. Gorgeous presentation (got the tin) and very prompt delivery. Overall, highly recommend. 5 stars.

Amazing cupcakes! Really easy to order, quick delivery and amazing quality.

A surprise gift to my daughter and son-in-law for their second wedding anniversary; both said the mixed box of 6 cupcakes with salted caramel topped pretzels and vanilla cream topped were delicious and very tasty. You can definitely taste the difference between handmade with real ingredients and shop bought processed or manufactured cakes. I chose the tin as well as I know they will reuse it in their new kitchen in their new home. You can never have enough cake tins! Sent next day and delivered safely intact by DPD. Thank you for fulfilling this little treat to them so efficiently. They were both very happy!

From start to finish a great service! They were a gift for my daughter and she was very, very impressed with the packaging, delivery and taste! Would definitely use again and hope to be gifted some myself in the future ;)

Beautiful product, timeously delivered and delicious. Thank you.

My daughter, the recipient of the cupcakes, reports them as “delicious, the best cupcakes I have ever had” thank you Rachel’s Kitchen for making a happy daughter.

Exactly what it says on the tin! Beautiful, delicious cupcakes that make a very special thank you.

The cupcakes were delicious. Well packed and nicely presented. I shall order from this company again.

Arrived on time. Carefully packaged. Most importantly they were delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. I will definitely recommend and purchase again. 10/10 🙂

The ordering was fine apart from the colour of the icing. I ordered blue but they came half with blue and half cream. They still looked rather good and we have distributed them to our clients who appear to be happy.
I was worried about the delivery and whether the tin/cakes would be damaged but this was not the case and the packaging was beautiful.
We will order from them again.

Very quick delivery, beautiful design Birthday cupcakes and they taste amazing thank you 😊 x

a great variety of choice and simple clear ordering service and good communication regarding delivery

Amazing cupcakes!
They look and taste delicious with a huge selection of flavours! Will be ordering more next month!
Thank you!

Was gifted the vegan biscuit range as a gift, well presented and delicious, the non-vegan family members loved them as well

Purchased a tin of 12 cupcakes for my son's 21st birthday, to be delivered to him at university.
Great communication.. I missed something off of the note and this was rectified the next day. Received progress updates when the item was shipped and confirmation it had been delivered on the day I requested.
Now on to the actually cakes.... I didn't see them or taste them unfortunately but my son sent a picture and they looked absolutely amazing!! I was a bit worried they may be a tiny bit stale as they were shipped on a Friday and delivered on a Monday but apparently they were 'absolutely heavenly' and tasted like they'd just been made that day. My son and his flatmates absolutely loved them. Thanks so much. I shall be ordering again.
