Ok refund given

I ordered the mirror cabinet and they sent the mirror only. I have emailed them but no response

Great business, bought some more household goods , found no problem and easy checkout process as well. Love their new store credit feature as well!

Did not have stock of what I wanted and they gave me the option of refund or different colour. I requested the refund, 2 weeks not response or refund. Eventually they sent me the colour that I did not want. Have now refused to answer any emails to collect the items and process the refund.
Left with no alternative but to seek refund via credit card company.
Do not but from these untrustworthy sellers.

Won't accept return and won't refund even though item is within the 30 days return period and item is unused in original packaging. Only offered to refund 10%, definitely not abiding by the Consumer rights act.

worst ever shopping 5 days after ordered the item received an email saying they don't have it , so they offered me something else to replace. I asked them to re fund to original payment method and did not receive any answer for more than 20 days. No contact number or a customer service at all.

WaS wrong carpet they sent, went with colour,very disappointing after waiting 2 weeks will not be getting any further of site disappointing 😕 will be checking price difference will take further

Awful company trying to offer an alternative to what they were advertising. I would not recommend at all

Purchased an Osaka bedside table for £125 as I already have that range and wanted to replace a damaged one . They sent me a cheap brand which does not match at all . The one they sent me is on sale everywhere for £49.99.

Tried to be reasonable with this company, after me sending several emails they did offer me an insulting partial refund which I declined as it is of no use to me at all !

Iv frequently asked to return this and to have a refund ,they are ignoring me altogether now .I have been forced to open a dispute up against them through PayPal .

Awful company - *** Avoid at all costs ***

Purchased a set of garden chairs in Pink, they contacted to advise they were out of stock but would we accept Grey. We advised we wouldn’t and requested a refund. They continued to be insistent via emails that we take Grey to the point they advised they had been despatched anyway! - Despite not wanting these, they still haven’t arrived to reject these, nor any refund actioned and are now ignoring all email correspondence. Fortunately they were purchased on a company credit card so this has been reported as fraud and a refund will be obtained by the credit card company.

They have also been reported to trading standards and RBS have also taken steps their end to escalate the case against the company.

Read the negative reviews before even considering purchasing from this company. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these absolute fraudsters and purchase from a reputable company. There’s a reason they don’t advertise a contact number on their website!!!

Safe and secure purchase. Excellent quality and unmatchable customer service. All good.

This company oversells stock, then sends a 'reasonable' replacement instead of refunding you. When you say you don't want the replacement product they tell you that they think it is great and you should keep it. Then you will most likely be ghosted and need to claim through your credit card company for their breach of contract. In hindsight, this seems to be their standard business model from reading other people's reviews. Do not waste your time and money with this poor excuse for a business. Shame on you Quildinc.

Not received order and no reply to my emails

Brought shelving unit from this company that looked a quality product on there website , however on arrival of the shelf was not of the quality for the price of £52. The metal frame was flimsy and the supposed wood shelving was a real thin poor laminate. I contacted them instantly by email as no other form of contact to get a returns label , 8 days on I have received no reply, avoid purchasing from this site.

I placed an order and they sent the wrong item. I have sent several emails but no one has responded. They have no contact number so you can’t call them. I would avoid this company at all costs.

We had a very disappointing experience with Quildinc. We purchased a clothes dryer from them, but instead of receiving the product we selected, they sent us a lower-quality and significantly cheaper model. Despite contacting their customer service twice about the issue, we have yet to receive any response, and it has been over a month. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this company to anyone.

They did not send the solar lights I ordered (Litom) I’ve had them before so I know they are good. What I received was a much cheaper version which I could have bought from Amazon for half the price and got next day delivery. I have emailed them on 2 occasions with no response. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Total scam, sent cheap Chinese rubbish, not the solar lights I ordered. Sent email and there doing nothing. No refund and I am left with utter crap. Avoid this company.

Never, ever buy from this supposed retailer - purchased placemats, colour wasn’t as per website, sought to return. Took them 3 weeks to communicate any form of return, then refused to accept they had been returned, even though there was photographic proof from Royal Mail! Now fighting to get a refund.

Never known a company like it. Avoid.
