King size sofa bed in grey sofa bed from unicorn furniture was very easy to put together. Comfy and spacious hidden storage I must add. Delivery came 2 days earlier than expected.

Delivery of our sofa bed was well coordinated. We requested preferred delivery date to be a Saturday and I was assured of that. Sofa was easy to put together and the comfort is amazing with the sturdiness of the base. Should mention the spacious storage. Needed further help and Lesley was very efficient. Cheers guys

Saw the electric sofa bed from unicorn furniture on Amazon but got a £250 off bargain buying it on unicorn furniture’s website. Product came well packaged, leather is really comfy and plush, very skin friendly I must add. The mechanism works quite well and been using it for 6 months now with no problems. Happy to leave this review as I have introduced other two buddies to this sofa bed and they are loving it. Quite a fancy practical sofa bed with touch of luxury.

I bought online an electric sofabed at a high…2026 marc/but they sent one made in 2019! Does not work!

8I bought an electric sofabed at a high price in 2026, marc. but they sent me a damaged, inoperable, unusable "product" manufactured in 2019, which was revealed after unpacking. I immediately sent evidence to the UnicornGlobal. I asked for a refund, but they didn't even respond. I have a serious illness that has delayed me, but I definitely insist on being compensated.

Update: I sent the photos and videos of the evidence to Unicorn Global, and is there a year of manufacture on the product? I saw that there too, I sent that photo too. No, so far I have not received any response to my complaint, apart from their response to this review. That is why I was forced to write the review, because I was sure that they would react to it. Furthermore, the very heavy sofa bed had to be lifted and moved by 3 people with a lift. The transporters slightly dropped one of its corners while removing it from the car. The product arrived in such a damaged and torn box that it was impossible to remove it from it. Moreover, they brought it with its open edge, which had to be folded up like a sofa in order to fit through any door. But after opening it, before folding it, we noticed the damage and missing parts, and Fent didn't work, we had to buy a new charging cord, but even then it only worked once with a huge clicking noise, (recorded on video, forwarded), and hasn't since. I have a serious heart, etc. disability, I don't know how to solve the return and I'm afraid that if I return it, I could "run" for my money too? Which is not a small 999.99 GBP!!! That's why I asked for a full refund. However, I'm open to having the price refunded and having it shipped back at the same time (I don't have any more money for this, and I can barely afford it either). Or I would also accept that they send a competent specialist/repairman with the right parts and repair it under warranty, but the tears in the artificial leather upholstery, since they are unlikely to be able to be removed without a trace, will at least be compensated. Because a product sold as new at such a high price with so many defects and in a non-functional state is, to put it mildly, an unqualified act towards the buyer.
Please fix the problem.
Ps.: If they had offered it to me at all: of course I would have accepted the full replacement (but in the absence of the original box, which was also in tatters upon delivery and had to be thrown away, I cannot include that. Also, I have neither the strength nor again 3 human helpers to move it, nor any more money for this) and I can accept it if you handle it in its entirety, without additional costs. After all, I am not the buyer responsible for the damaged packaging, nor for the fact that it arrived damaged in several places, nor for the fact that it is inoperable. As the buyer, I naively, in good faith, bought it online without seeing it, paying the price of £999.99 in advance! Please take this into account as well. Thank you.

We are sorry to read your review; however, we must correct several inaccurate statements.

Firstly, the claim that the sofa bed supplied was “manufactured in 2019” is entirely incorrect. This model is part of our latest range launched in 2025, with current production cycles. We do not sell aged or obsolete stock, and no evidence has been provided to support this allegation.

Secondly, we did respond and offered appropriate assistance in line with UK consumer law. Where a product concern is raised, the correct process is for the retailer to assess the issue and, where necessary, offer a repair, replacement, or arrange a return for inspection. A full refund while retaining the item is not a standard or lawful outcome.

Thirdly, despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter, you declined to return the item and instead insisted on a full refund. Which is a sign of section 75 scam where buyers buy items, claim damages and insists on full refund with the intent of holding on to the item. This is not something any responsible retailer can agree to, particularly for a large, high-value item which must be inspected before any refund is issued.

We also note that the product was dispatched following pre-delivery checks and left our facility in proper working condition. Where concerns are raised post-delivery, we require the item to be returned so that the issue can be properly verified and resolved.

We fully understand that circumstances can vary for customers, and we always aim to assist where possible. However, all resolutions must remain within the framework of our published policies and UK consumer law to ensure fairness to both parties.

We remain open to resolving this matter and have already offered:

Replacement parts or technical support where required
A collection service for return and inspection
A refund upon return, in line with our policy

These options are still available should you wish to proceed appropriately.

Got the king size sofa bed from unicorn…

Got the king size sofa bed from unicorn furniture. Can just say it was so easy to put together. The armrests and headboard slots into place. Being a stony lad. It really came in as what I needed.

Needed a swatch at first and James was very helpful. The fabric is really skin friendly and the storage a bit of an added advantage.

We needed a sofa bed for nana who was…

We needed a sofa bed for nana who was coming back from the hospital and this fits into our needs so much. It came delivered to our room of choice and the sofa bed is really firm and comfy over use of few days. She's so used to it now. Nice Las practical sofa bed from unicorn furniture

This review is both factually incorrect and highly misleading, and we will address it clearly.

Firstly, you are not our customer. The order in question was placed by Mr. Paul Strugnell, not “FRAUDSTER Angel Joannah.”

At the point of processing, we promptly informed the actual customer that delivery to postcode PO38 (Isle of Wight) incurs additional courier charges due to it being an offshore location. This is standard across UK logistics and not unique to our company.

Mr. Strugnell declined the additional delivery cost, and as a result, we cancelled the order and issued a full refund immediately back to the original payment method (card) — in full compliance with UK payment regulations.

For transparency, the refund was processed with the following reference:
ARN (Acquirer Reference Number): 74208476078100017831951
This allows the cardholder’s bank to trace the funds directly.

Secondly, we must address a serious concern:
An individual identifying as “Angel Joannah” — who is not the cardholder and not the purchaser — repeatedly contacted us requesting that the refund be sent to a different bank account.

For clarity:
👉 We will never send refunds to third-party accounts.
👉 Refunds are only returned to the original payment method, as required by financial regulations and fraud prevention policies.

Such requests are flagged as fraudulent behaviour, and we will not engage with them.

Lastly, accusations of “scamming” are entirely unfounded.
We:

Communicated delivery limitations transparently

Respected the customer’s decision

Issued a full refund

Provided traceable proof of refund

This is the opposite of misconduct.

We take reputational attacks seriously, especially when they are made by non-customers and involve misrepresentation of facts.

We strongly advise that any further claims be made truthfully and by the actual purchaser, and not a fraudster impersonating the buyer as financial records and communication logs fully support our position.

Needed sofa bed easy to assemble and delivery to flight of stairs. Spoke with unicorn furniture on their website chat. Was assured of our request and they did as promised. Very comfortable and practical sofa bed with spacious storage. Edward was very helpful all along.

We got this beige sofa bed from unicorn furniture last Christmas. Our guests being Stony loved how firm and comfortable it is. We have been sleeping on it and sitting on it daily since and the mattress is not showing any changes as it remains firm and comfy. Good product I must say.
