Their customer servis does not exist!
I purchased their ear plug 2 months ago It ook more than 3 weeks to arrive and once I had tried the product I found them to not meet with any of the claims . They were painfull to wear at night and didn’t give any benefit to my sleep .
I therefore requested a refund and to returned the product . I received an automatic email reply to my message . Explaining I will get a return form to enable me to returned the product.
However despite many emails there has been no respond ! They don’t even allow me to complain on their Instagram page ! I suggest you think twice before purchasing anything from this company.
I bought these earlier this year, first problem was the £50 customs charge I wasn’t expecting. I then put a lot of effort into making them work with little success. I eventually got one to make the noise cancelling sound intermittently but no joy on the other. Took ages and lots of e mails to get a refund then more hassle to get a customs rebate. Still about £20 out of pocket for admin and the return.
Be warned...this company are not honouring refunds or replying to any email queries. Judging by other comments it would appear the company has gone into insolvency. Do not use!
Their website is still running and selling, However I mailed their customer service for a replacement set of earbuds three weeks back and they havent replied yet. SCAMMERs
I sent these earbuds back because it did not block any noise what so ever. Quieton sent me a FED EX return label per my request. I shipped it out on 5/10/24. As of today 6/19/24 shipment is still pending delivery!!!! I received an email from them on 6/3/24 that they have declared insolvency, and as a result has ceased its operations. Horrible company!!!

Dont buy! If you want to send it back you get a Mail that the company has been declared bankrupt, while selling online still!
After sending the Quiet On earbuds back to Finland, they confirmed the reception and told me I would be receiving the refund in a couple weeks. But, a few days later they emailed again saying they ceased its operations and wouldn't be refunding anymore. They also informe their Customer Service was no longer available.
I checked their website and they are still selling. Save yourself from get scammed. Worst company ever.

Ho ordinato un paio di cuffie ed una mascherina per un totale di 269,00 euro. Nello stesso momento mi hanno addebitato due volte l'importo e da settimane che non ho ricevuto nulla, prima hanno detto che il servizio clienti non era più disponibile, poi che la società era fallita e quindi si scusavano.
Intanto mi hanno rubato la bellezza di 538,00 euro.

Purchased ear buds, tested them out and decided to return them. Followed instructions and paid to ship back to Finland even though they were shipped to me from within the U.S. After waiting two weeks and confirming product was received, the company sent a simple email statting they are insolvent and that we should contact our credit card company to request a refund. ???? Don't but from this company- why would they give instructions to return the product if they knew or expected that they were going insolvent? That answer sounds like an excuse for "we don't want to refund your money and don't care that you paid to ship the product internationally at your expense." What a scam!! Horrible business practice. Don't buy these products if you think you may want to return them. This was the first noise cancelling ear buds we purchased and they didn't cancel out the noise effectively.Very misleading to give instructions to return and incur additional cost- now we don't have the earbuds and still paid for them!! That is so wrong!! We've asked the company to send the ear buds back= stay tuned for that. Hardly think they will and expect silence or another email telling us we're out of try contacting someone else for a refund. Shameful!!

They first delayed the refund for more than 8 weeks.
Their products suck and are terribly expensive for what they are.

Earbuds arrived – look nice – but do not work! Better off using simple wax earplugs that cost pennies rather than this overpriced junk.

Do nor buy ,absolute fraudulent theives,after my earbuds did not function to my liking I returned them to them and they confirmed receipt of them and said they were refunding me but one week later I got the sane thing as in other reviews that they are bankrupt and figure it out with my bank/credit card
Ear buds did not work. I sent them back for a refund. The received the earbuds and would issue a refund within two weeks. Today 6-3-2024 I just received this email.

I can't understand how people can rate this company and product 5 starts, other than they are paid users. Their products is of super bad quality and technology, excessively overpriced, and their customer service is a joke. I sent mine back and requested a refund, and their reply was basically this: "...sorry, our company declared bankruptcy and we can't help you. Go f*** yourself..." LOL
