Ich habe das Mietgerät zur Reduzierung von tieffrequenten Verkehrsgeräuschen gekauft. Mit ANC können diese Geräusche im Vergleich zu Schaumstoffstöpsel effektiv gedämpft werden, z.B. mit meinen Sony ANC Kopfhörern, welche jedoch nicht zum Schlaf geeignet sind.

Leider werden mit den Quieton Kopfhörern die Verkehrsgeräusche nicht besser gedämpft als mit Schaumstoffstöpseln. Ich konnte keinen ANC-Effekt ausmachen. Für mich ist dieses Produkt ein Scam. Habe nun die Soundcore Sleepbuds 3 gekauft. Diese haben wirklich ANC.

I snore, and bought QuietOn 4 earbuds for my wife. It was an expensive purchase, but it would be worth it if we both have a good night’s sleep. As you see, the reviews vary from rave to worthless, so I was a bit wary. In our case, foam earplugs are just as (in)effective. I was at first afraid that I had been scammed, but further reading suggests that the technique is genuine, but that not all snores are equal! Part of the noise is apparently through bone-conduction which will not be eliminated with ear-plugs. The product itself is beautifully designed and made, that has to be said.
I ordered the buds through Healf in the UK as they’re not available in the Netherlands where I live. It is worth keeping in mind that on top of the expensive buds, purchasers in the Netherlands will be hit with about €80 in import costs. I have returned the buds, and the returns and refund procedure with Healf was excellent. (Now the import costs!). In the meantime I have almost eliminated the problem by learning to sleep on my stomach. Not high tech, but it works for us.

Il fait très mal aux oreilles au bout de deux ou trois nuits lorsque l'on dort sur le coté comme moi. Système trop dur, abime l'oreille, je ne le supporte pas. Convient peut être à ceux qui ont un oreiller très mou.

It hurts the ears a lot after two or three nights when sleeping on the side like I do. The system is too hard, damages the ear, I can’t stand it. It might be suitable for those who have a very soft pillow.

The QuietOn 4 suffers from the exact same charging issue. The root cause that was present in 3 and 3.1 has not been addressed. Purchased beginning of May, took over a month to ship and failed in 1 week. It took another 6 weeks to finally get a refund via Paypal dispute resolution. Out of all the products on the market, these are the most expense yet the most unreliable and quite frankly crap!

Stupidly, I soldiered on with v1 of these supposedly ANC sleep ear-buds, when I could have returned them. Very quickly I stopped using them as they were useless, for trying to sleep with a snorer or working in a noisy environment. Even more stupidly, I bought V4, this week, thinking they must have improved with each iteration, and on seeing a couple of positive reviews. Other than the fact that the supposed ANC turns on automatically, 15 seconds after removing the bud from the case, as opposed to the fiddly, tiny button of v1, they are no different, and are equally useless. I don’t think they’re any better than foam earplugs, and I can’t discern any ANC effect, at all, unlike my Apple AirPods Pro and my Sony WH-1000MX3’s. I know they’re only supposed to work with low frequencies, but, to me, they have no effect at all. A total waste of £250. From what others say on here, the Company is now bankrupt, which is hardly surprising. My best solution thus far has been passive noise cancelling/masking of Soundcore A10/20 ‘s, with ANC 30’s out soon.

Ich bin enttäuscht. Sie sind unbequem, drücken im Ohr, habe verschieden Grössen an Schaumstoffaufsätzen ausprobiert. Billige Schaumstoffstöpsel sind besser.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto un anno fa, ho aspettato settimane per la consegna e alla fine gli auricolari non servono a niente, non coprono alcun rumore. Ho provato e riprovato a metterli nel modo giusto, ruotandoli come indicato nelle istruzioni, ma sono completamente inutili.. purtroppo la mia pigrizia ha prevalso sulla richiesta di rimborso, ma si tratta di una vera e propria truffa

I have been looking for silent earplugs for a long time and finally found them here! "What a high price, so they must be the best in the world", I thought and happily bought them.
It is possible, but they cost half the average EU person's salary! Of course, maybe in Finland, every person is ultra-rich?
Anyway, I put them in my ears, enjoyed the silence and went to bed. But I still couldn't fall asleep! The headphones squeaked loudly as they rubbed against the pillowcase and my ears. What do you say now, throw them away and forget about the 259 euros I paid? Nothing to say; you have a "great" scheme for making money.

Regarding the product itself. I think they cancel very little noise. From back to back testing I think cheap foam ear plugs are much more effective and much more comfortable. This is across a range of situations and confirmed by family members. Very expensive and very ineffective. I wouldn't recommend them for anything.

Regarding the company. They delayed delivery without updating me. I emailed after around 3 weeks to see what was going on. When I didn't receive a response a opened a case with PayPal. At this point communications started again and the ear plugs were shipped. Not a great look.

I was hopeful this product would do better than foam earplugs, however it did worse on average. Against a static noise ie white noise it did slightly better than regular foam earplugs. HOWEVER against snoring? nothing, at all. it was almost as if i had just jammed tissues in my ears. This is a waste of money, if you need to block snoring look into some white noise generators that go in your ears. I grabbed a set of soundcore A10's and they are significantly better at acctualy blocking the snoring by blasting white noise into my ears. for the price maybe try the Ozlo sleep buds... if you need to block anything else just grab a 200 pack of honeywell foam plugs... i wasted my money, dont waste yours.

J'ai 2 paires de QuietOn 3.1 depuis plus d'un an désormais. Contrairement à ce que disent certains la réduction du bruit est probablement une des plus efficaces du marché pour dormir ("probablement" car je n'ai pas tout testé non plus) et Dieu sait que je suis sensibles aux nuisances sonores. Ça arrête beaucoup de bruits sauf les coups trop forts dans les murs et les sonorités qui impactent brutalement dans les fréquences medium. Mais si vos voisins font une fête "raisonnable" ça vous permettra de dormir, à défaut de ressortir et de leur dire directement de se calmer.
Bref, tout cela est bien beau mais apparemment (?) la boîte a fait faillite et les embouts en mousse pour remplacer ceux usagés sont désormais introuvables. J'ai tenté une commande sur un site allemand (Mindtecstore), qui a fini (très aimablement et sans sourciller) par me rembourser...car ils les proposent encore bien qu'il n'y ait plus de stock. Bref, tout cela ne sent pas bon...Et sans embouts, que faire ?...

J’avais acheté leur produit . Ils m’ont envoyé deux boîtes. Moi honnête comme je suis , je leur renvoie la boîte de trop !! Maintenant je lis qu’ils sont en liquidation..ils ne répondent plus à mes messages..donc je ne pourrai plus remplacer mes embouts en mousse 😫??

Great product but Quiteon do not honour their warranty. Mine failed about 11 months in and despite a TWO-year warranty, Quiteon ignored every attempt at contact.

I now own £250's worth of passive ear-plug and no hope of resolving the warranty issue!

Worked really well, but after just over 2 years the right earbud stopped charging, whilst the left was totally fine - obviously a faulty battery.

As the battery cannot be changed, I contacted Quieton and customer service offered for me to purchase a replacement earbud for €109 less 20% discount.

For a high-end premium priced technical product to fail after just over 2 years (and around 100 hours of use) is EXTREMELY disappointing.

For Quieton not to replace their faulty product (which failed way too early, regardless of legal warranty) made me feel ripped off and I would not recommend Quieton.

The ear buds are large, uncomfortable and actually amplify noise through them. The Gaurantee of no noise from snoring, traffic and other noises is an absolute lie. It is not a game changer and it is not going to help improve your sleep in any way. The basic ear buds I bought for £20 work so much better than these. The biggest waste of £250 ever. They made my experience with sleep worse rather than better.

Apparently the company has gone bust. I cannot return or replace a faulty product.

Awful service. Won’t charge after a few months. Paid 50 pounds for customs which I wasn’t aware off so total of 250 pounds wasted. ! Have sent several e mails and no response. Im sure what to do next ?!?! Any advice anyone ? Or alternative cheaper earplugs which are good !!

I bought QuietOn from their website. Within their allowed return period I contacted their support and received an RMA and instructions that I followed, shipped it back (cost me USD$60 for return shipping!) and then notified their support as instructed.

Their support replied saying: QuietOn would not be refunding my money because their company has declared insolvency, suggested I initiate a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back, and stated (in this same email) there would be no further replies from their company.

I have 1.) no QuietOn Product, 2.) no refund, and 3.) lost $60 for return shipping.

STAY AWAY.

It's a shame because I was hoping to see an updated, better version of their product someday.
