Schandalig dat je als klant je persoonlijke gegevens bij een bedrijf moet registreren om gebruik te maken van een middeleeuws retourbeleid.

Ridiculously bad customer support
Ridiculously bad customer support. A quicksilver shirt developed holes after 5 washes and very limited wear. It took support 1 month to respond, and their response was 1 line: We can't help as it's not a problem with the product!

I was so impressed by the guys that helped me move.
They worked so hard and never once complained
They were extremely friendly but also professional.
I can highly recommend them and whilst I hope I’ll never move again I would definitely use them again.

Don’t bother ordering not worth the hassle!
Order not received can’t cancel it either company doesn’t answer emails, customer service is shocking and only replies receive are generic automated ones! So don’t waste your time ordering from this company, can’t believe such poor service from such a big brand!

My parcel was left outside and was stolen. Not quicksilver fault, but the courier.
However, I've been trying for weeks to get a refund and they just keep replying that I should ask my neighbours where it is .
They just don't care. Avoid.

Love the clothes, but the customer service is horrendous and non existent! Still asking for a reply but still nothing nearly 2 weeks later.

DO NOT purchase from them, they sent me someone else's order and now they want me to go out my way to return items that do not belong to me!
And to top it off they say they can't track my order so i will never receive what i ordered in the first place, shambles.

Non-existant customer service. Do not order anything from them. My delivery did turn up after 4 weeks waiting but sizing was all wrong so returned for a refund. That was 6 weeks ago!!! no responses to my emails and customer service phone line cuts you off once you have listened to their selection options. AVOID! Wish I had read the reviews first.

OMG wished i read the review before buying! my backpack took weeks to come but came with a zipper head missing on side pocket so can't be used, am trying to get a replacement or refund, am fearing for the worst...

Spent nearly £200 on Quicksilver products. Over a month and no delivery. Got in touch with courier to be told the parcel had been lost and I needed to contact the merchant. No number available, only a bot to respond to their online customer service form, which responded with unhelpful information. It's bee 6 weeks and no one has contacted me so I have apparently lost my money. I am in the process of raising a dispute with my bank. SHOCKING for such a giant international company.

Customer Services is appalling. No answer to emails. Call the number, stay on hold for half an hour and then get hung up on - done this multiple times now.

I placed an order for a pair of jeans. It’s been a month, I’m still waiting. Eventually after 8 emails I received a reply. Their clothing comes from Europe. They have a massive backlog of items to sort out due to new custom regs. So no jeans, waisted time and money. Appalling communication with customers, company not fit for purpose, be warned.
