Repeated poor service
I have repeatedly over the years received poor service from Quicklane. Why do I use them? I have a long term Ford service agreement so everything is at no cost. Maybe that is why I get such lousy service. This last service they failed to replace my cabin air filter even though at 40,000 miles it is recommended. They also failed to check the tire pressure, which was obvious when the car was returned. Also when I arrived and told the service desk that my F150 need its 40k service the person asked me what that means to me. An absurd question. The previous time they failed to replace my brakes even though they were told to do so and I only found out after I left when the truck started stuttering when I braked. It doesn't matter if I go to Asheville Ford or Ken Wilson Ford the service is equally poor. I will be really really glad when my service agreement expires.
I went into the dealer service center…
I went into the dealer service center with a check engine light on. The mechanic said it was due to needing a tune up. It is a 2013 Ford Edge with 150K miles. It may very well have been due for a tune up, but when it went to Quick lane for the work, I got a call from Justin at the New Smyrna location telling me that the check engine light was due to a bad throttle body. It would cost $200 more, and they already did the tune up. SO I was told one thing then forced to fix the real problem. Quick lane has about 4 employees that just stand behind the counter. If they limited this and hired more mechanics or service techs it would truly be an honest quick experience and not another racket to sell tires and unneeded service. It's also time to change the business' name.
There is NOTHING quick about the service. Wait times are hours even when you have an appointment
I would find a private mechanic or different dealership. Will never buy at Mullinax again.

Quik Lane Gives Great Advice.
I made an appointment to get my car's CD/ radio fixed or replaced weeks ago. When I went in today, I was told that QL couldn't do anything about my CD/radio. They couldn't fix it, replace it, or even remove the CDs stuck inside. The associate could not explain why no one at QL called me ahead of my appointment to tell me any of that so that I wouldn't have wasted a trip. The associate didn't speak to me in a civil tone either. He acted as though I was bothering him and he told me to go someplace else. I followed his advice. Gladly.
Cheated me on tires
I went to Quick Lane for 13 years. I stopped when they refused to honor warranty on tires. I bought many tires and never had a problem. I went directly to Firestone and purchased 4 new tires. Quick Lane cheated me out of $800. The tires only lasted 27000 miles. I will never go back plus all my family members stopped going when I told them what Quick Lane did. I tell everyone I can not to do business with Quick Lane in Anderson.
Took my Ram truck in for an oil change…
Took my Ram truck in for an oil change and transmission fluid and filter. Transmission hasn’t worked right since. Takes a full minute after I start it before it will move. Also they pulled wires out of my air conditioner compressor. They couldn’t work on air conditioners so had to take it to Firestone and pay $2600 to get it fixed. No reimbursement. I wouldn’t take a bicycle to them.

These guys just charged my wife 144 dollars for an oil change on an old mini van. I called and the manager told me it was because of the 0 20 oil. These people are crooks. They charged me 85 for my f150 and it uses synthetic.

Excellent service from Martin and the team at the Reading branch. Friendly and efficient staff and all following COVID guidelines too. Will certainly be coming back for any further maintenance.
Unreliable timing
I had an appointment for 9:30am for an alignment and was told that it takes anywhere from 1-2 hours it is currently 11:30am and I was told that my vehicle has not even been on the lift. I have a job to get to and matters to attend to and these people were just sitting around when I pulled up.
This is an honest review
This is an honest review, I took my vehicle to them to change my air filter but they failed to return it properly causing check emission system in my dash board. And the people in the front desk are not that pleasing except that one person with a genuine smile. So far 1 person is giving that smile.

Great customer service...
Stopped at the branch in Whitefield after a puncture stopped us on the way to the zoo for my daughter’s birthday...fantastic service, sorted us out a new tyre and back on the road within little more than an hour. Really good service would definitely recommend.

2013 I needed a vehicle and I was going to buy a truck however the salesman left me in
the waiting area all day. Finance sales rep never Greeted himself or introduce himself.just left me in the waiting area till 2 PM I finally left. I was there at 7:30 until 2pm. I had such a headache my husband went to the Chevy dealer that night.
We own a Chevy 2013 equinox it needed a low beam headlight bulb. Gave me an estimate of $110 outrageous. I went to NBJ automotive Comfort Texas and they Change headlight bulb for $20.
I can’t believe I’ve been at Long standing customer so long.I don’t earn a lot of money that a Bulb change will cost $110 to replace. It’s like I’m being punished for not buying a Ford,but; I did try I was left in the waiting area. I think it’s because I was a female pushed me away. This is why I choose one star if I have a choice No star.

Excellent customer service at the St Augustine location. I had a tire blowout on my boat trailer on I95 and this was the closest tire store. They were very busy but made a point to change my tire out quickly and efficiently. The guys struggled with one lug nut (there’s always one right?) but never showed frustration. Tire changed and back on the road in short order...good job y’all!
