The price they quoted didn't stay at that very abrupt .people not helpful who works there just stay away I will regret going there

Avoid this garage – extremely poor communication and unprofessional conduct

I booked this garage in August 2025 to supply and fit a reconditioned engine, with a stated turnaround time of 2–3 weeks. Apart from collecting the vehicle, the work was not completed within that timeframe.

Several weeks later, I discovered that my car had been sent to a main Honda dealership. This was done without my prior agreement, and I was not informed that the vehicle had been moved. Instead, I was repeatedly told that delays were due to “waiting for parts,” including in writing, while the vehicle was not even at their premises. I only confirmed the true location of my car by contacting Honda directly.

When I contacted the garage to discuss these concerns, I was spoken to by the director of the company, who was extremely rude and aggressive. During this call, I was sworn at and threatened, rather than being given a clear explanation or professional response. This call left me feeling intimidated and unable to resolve the issue constructively.

Due to the lack of transparency, misleading information, and unprofessional behaviour, I lost all confidence in this business and had to take over the repair process myself, directly with Honda to avoid further delays.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to get everything in writing and think very carefully before trusting this garage with their vehicle.

Avoid at all costs. Do not waste your time energy and money from the get go . Use another garage even if it's miles away it will save you in the long run. I dropped my Rsnge Rover Evoque to this garage on Friday lunchtime on the back of a truck in the hope they would fix a gearbox issue. Previous I was told it was a valve within the gearbox but wanted this garage to investigate. As soon as the car was offloaded into the carpark I spoke with owner the first thing out of his mouth was this could cost you 4 or 5K. I looked at him in amazement and knew right then that this garage could bot e trusted just by instinct. They worked technically on the car for 38mins and invoiced me 120£ when I called them today informing them I was having my vehicle collected as on Saturday they informed me that I needed a new gearbox to the cost of 2700pounds and take 4 weeks to complete. As soon as the car was delivered nearer to my home today the mechanic said its a component needed for the gearbox but an entire gearbox replacement is not necessary and can be completed in 4 days not 4 weeks. They are scammers rude and defensive . Take your car to another garage you will thank yourself for it later. I only had to deal with them for half day Fri and half day Monday but that was more than enough. Feel sorry for those who have their vehicles there and your vehicle under their control until you coff up some mad figures to rinse you of your money. This garage is a joke even if you have to have a tow truck to take your car to another garage do it. Do not let these idiots rip you off. You will still save yourself hundreds or in my case thousands. Seems like they are always at it ripping people off from all the reviews . Shame on you cowboys. Your lucky I don't slap you with a small claims to get my 120 quid back. I had a lucky escape I suggest the rest of yoh don't entertain them.

Bought a vehicle from a electrics company in august 2024.
Was given the paperwork with the warrenty details for this company as they replaced the engine in july 2024. The warrenty states 12 month or 20000 miles.

Called today as parter looked under van and there is loose nuts and lots of oil dripping.
The manager refused to look at the van and said the warrenty is for the person who had the work done not the engine itself!
He then told me i had purchsed the van from an auction which is untrue and refused point blank to give me his name!

Had very bad experience with these guys. Wish I had checked the Web about them, see they have a habit of ripping people off hence why they starred on BBC SHOW here come the sheriff's. I was charged for a job which another company had to put right and turns out they charged for a job they did not do. Steven who works on sales is just a much as a scum bag as Peter the owner. Please do not give these scum bags your vehicle I regret ever allowing this company to touch my vehicle. There warranty aren't worth anything as can't do jobs right in first place. Pick a company you can trust, these are not that
