I.hope all issues are resolved
Paola was great and assured me that the text message I received was in error. I know I sounded upset but she was patient and courteous. My billing has been screwed up for a while and instead of billing me every 3 months I was getting billed for 3 months every month to the point it maxed out my credit card and I had to pay interest on that money. I hope with the new plaid company you are using for billing things will be straightened out. Also I only thought I had dental but Barry informed me yesterday I had vision insurance on the same policy.
