This time around
This time around, I had someone call me to find out how they can help. After several calls trying to get a refund, Dessi ensured a refund would be coming back to me. She left her personal number just in case I had any issues and problems. I also wanted her to thank her supervisor for giving me some good advice as to calling my credit union. So thank you everyone

It’s finally over
It’s finally over! My seven month ordeal with getting a refund on the unused portion on my policy was retuned to me today! Jessica K reached out to me to ask what she could do to fix this mess. I explained the saga, she listened and proposed what QuickHealth would to to remedy the situation. I thank her tremendously as this was a great deal on money that I can now use towards dental issues. Timing and patience is everything!

She kept trying to help with the other people on the other line of American Pharmacy and not able to get in contact with them. Jessica was great. She was patient and caring. Did not rush me and was willing to stay on the phone and help me complete all enrollment information. Also knowledge about the plan and sent all the information that I needed. We need more people like her. Got her contact info and will ask for her and only speak with her. Update on No Refund !!
after such a long process of attempting for refund, Tara was able to review the file and update the process for the refund. She was extremely considerate and helpful. Tara took the time to wait with me on the phone while the refund was processed. Super Nice to have the confirmation and a follow up . F/U I am still waiting for the refund .They give you just what you want to hear and then drop the ball again and again. still no money refunded back to me. I am now 6 months trying to resolve this nightmare.. They told me that I now have to have my bank work on this to fix their problem
