Qiblatain Omdömen

I have recently used this agent’s service and found them very good on my trip.

Great customer service given by Ghulam Mustafa

I have a great experience with Qiblatain travel agency. They have many options and they make sure that you get the blessings of Umrah and pray for them.

I’m very pleased with the support I received from brother Zubair. Although I wasn’t able to book the Umrah package this time, he was always patient and responsive, answering all my questions and making sure I felt confident and informed throughout. He truly went above and beyond to assist me.

Excellent service very quick response.

We booked our Umrah package through Qiblatain (Travixum Ltd), and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

From the beginning, Hilmand Khan helped us design a very competitive and attractive package. He took time to explain every detail clearly and spoke with honesty and patience, which gave us a lot of confidence. Later, Tousif became our main point of contact, and he was equally professional and supportive. Both Hilmand and Tousif stayed in touch throughout our journey and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay in Saudi Arabia.

Before travelling, I had some doubts about communication once we arrived, as it is common for travel agents to go quiet after the trip begins. To my surprise, every time we reached out, our messages were answered within minutes, whether it was day or night. Their quick response made the whole experience stress-free.

We did face one issue with a hotel booking, but it was resolved quickly and handled in a very professional way.

They delivered everything exactly as promised, including the flights, hotel bookings, airport pickups and drop-offs, transportation between Madinah and Makkah, and Ziyarah in both cities. Every part of the package was properly organised and met the standards that were promised to us.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the service provided by Qiblatain. They are reliable, transparent, and take good care of their customers from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning their Umrah trip.

I contacted Faisal from Qiblatain Travel for a multiple-entry visa, and his service was excellent. He guided me very well throughout the process, provided honest advice, and handled everything professionally. I truly appreciate his help and highly recommend Faisal and Qiblatain Travel for their reliable and trustworthy service!

I had a wonderful experience with the team. The booking procedure was so aligned that I havent felt stuck at any stage, so smooth, planned, guided and blessed Umrah was this. Surely, will knock you again!

Great Customer service by Tauseef and Hamad bhai. They absolutely know very well how to Interact with customer and how to make trustworthy relationship with clients. Brilliant job.

My Umrah trip with Qiblatain was an outstanding experience for me and my family. From booking to completion, everything was handled with care and professionalism. A special thanks to Hilmid Khan, who guided us throughout and ensured all our needs were met. The hotels were comfortable, the transportation was smooth, and every arrangement was tailored perfectly to our requirements. Qiblatain delivered exactly what they promised, giving us complete peace of mind during this blessed journey. I would highly recommend them to anyone planning their Umrah.

I wish I can give more stars. I planned my whole umrah journey with Mateen Bhai. I don’t know how many times I called him, he always helped us out. The best umrah plan for our life. Everything was arranged before we left. Hotels were amazing the one Mateen bhai sorted all the visa and transport as well. Obviously the flights as well was arranged in the package. I would highly recommend them. I would say go for full package, they can tailor anything you like around the budget for as many people. The benefit will be you don’t need to worry about anything, they plan they contact and you just pray and look after family. I have recommended all my friends and family and will always use them. I would say thank you Mateen Bhai again for helping us in our journey.
