Qiblatain Omdömen

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Umrah Experience with Qiblatain Tours – Service Beyond Expectations

In October last year, we travelled for Umrah for 10 nights and booked our package with Qiblatain Tours, dealing directly with Hilmand Khan. Having performed Umrah four times previously, I can confidently say this was, without question, the most outstanding and seamless experience we have ever had.

On Hilmand’s personal recommendation, we stayed at Address Jabal Omar in Makkah, and it was absolutely exceptional. The hotel was luxurious, perfectly located, and made access to the Haram incredibly easy. His recommendation was spot on and truly elevated our entire Umrah experience. It is clear he carefully considers what is best for his clients rather than just offering standard packages.

What genuinely makes Hilmand stand out is his customer service, which was simply next level. He remained in contact throughout the entire journey, checking in every few hours to make sure everything was going smoothly and asking if we needed anything at all. This level of care, professionalism, and reassurance is something I have never experienced before, despite travelling for Umrah multiple times.

In Madinah, the hotels he recommended were equally beautiful, peaceful, and ideally located near Masjid an-Nabawi, making our stay comfortable and spiritually focused. Every arrangement was well organised and stress-free, allowing us to concentrate fully on our ibadah.

Since returning, I have personally recommended my cousins to book with Hilmand through Qiblatain Tours, and they too have had a really excellent experience. Their feedback mirrored ours, which shows the consistency and high standard of service he provides.

Hilmand hasn’t just gained customers — he has gained customers for life. We go for Umrah on an annual basis, and we will be booking with him every year going forward without hesitation. More importantly, we haven’t just found a service provider; we have genuinely made a friend for life through this experience.

I highly recommend Qiblatain Tours to anyone planning Umrah who wants reliability, outstanding hotel recommendations, constant communication, and truly exceptional customer care. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

⸻

I recently travelled to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah, and I had such a beautiful and memorable experience. I booked a reasonably priced package, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations.
The prices were very affordable, especially for everything that was included. The package covered flights and excursions where we were able to learn about the history of the Prophet (peace be upon him), which made the whole journey even more meaningful and educational.
Communication throughout was excellent. We were kept fully up to date with all the details before and during the trip, and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. Everything was well organised, which made the experience completely stress-free.
A special thank you to Mr. Mustafa, who was an amazing person and helped us with everything from start to finish. He was always available, supportive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and looked after.

*Alhamdulillah* , I am sincerely thankful to Qiblatain Travel, especially *Mr. Ghulam Mustafa* , for arranging our Umrah visa and transport smoothly and efficiently. Everything was clearly communicated and handled with care and professionalism.

Although I did not go ahead with the Umra package because my passport was due to expire! The services I received from GHULAM MUSTAFA was great in terms of clarity and choices ! Aswell as trying his best to meet my needs and my budget.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in Makkah and Madinah . The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everything was well organized, including the transportation, which made the trip smooth and easy. I would especially like to thank Ayesha Sadiqa for her kindness, support, and great assistance throughout my stay thank you Qiblatain UK. Highly recommended!

I booked this umrah package 3 months prior to our pilgrimage agreed hotels & so forth BUT 7 days to my departure I was informed that they could not commit to the hotel in medina which I agreed to initially and left me with 2 options and I was given a 1 star hotel with hardly any warm running water it was in very appalling condition the service was horrendous I would wait hours for towels etc.BE ADVISED what ratings are on GOOGLE are not ACCURATE the STAR ratings are on all hotels outside the buildings most agents would truly no this prior to sending you there.
On the PLUS side the hotel in Mecca was perfect & the service was excellent the staff were great and transportation was perfect

This company I used I must say the service was the best and especially Ayesha who sorted my umrah package out as I wanted and she spoon fed me throughout my blessed journey.
Now I’m going back to her for my second trip with her for July and I recommend to use here I’m Haji Nusrst from London.

If you want the best service with a very good price contact Ayesha

Last minute booking with Qiblatain's very own Noor Ayeesha and i must say she went above and beyond to provide me with an excellent deal for such short notice.

Definitely recommend Qiblatain, absolute quality.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to this travel agency, especially Mr. Asif Khalil, for taking such great care of our Umrah journey. Our package was arranged on an Afghan passport, and honestly, we were a bit worried at first, but every step was handled with such professionalism and care that all our concerns disappeared.

Alhamdulillah, our Umrah was completed in a very peaceful and memorable way. From transportation to hotels, everything was perfectly organized and always on time. We felt supported and guided throughout the entire journey, which gave us great peace of mind.

Asif Khalil was always available, kind, and extremely helpful. His dedication and sincerity truly made a difference. Because of his efforts, our Umrah experience became not just easy, but truly special and stress-free.

Gullam Mustafa was very professional and made me trust him. I was very scared that it might be a scam. But the more we spoke I started to relax. It seemed that I knew him for a long time. I asked him a lot of questions he answered them.
However I didn’t take the umrah package out with them as it wasn’t the right package for me.

Mashallah Gulam Mustafa did Organise from start to finish our Umrah visit to Saudi Arabia. Organising our airplane boarding passes to hotels and all transportation between Airports, Makkah,Madinah and hotels.
