Ordering my Puur was very easy.
Delivery was right on time.
My experience using it so far is great! My teeth feel so clean and have whitened some.
I really wanted the toothbrush but didn't want to be locked in on monthly deliveries. I appreciated the cancelation of my subscriptions knowing I can order new brushes and other items when I need!

I use my flosser everyday and had gotten into a regular routine and I went to charge it back up and it wouldn’t do anything.. but after reaching out o their customer support and showed them pics and video of the malfunction. They were very polite and the new water flosser is on its way now. I’m very thankful of their support. I also can’t wait wait to use my flosser again!

What made my experience great is that the staff are very professional and courteous. This company have many items that benefit a person's health. I bought the waterpik and it works very well. I definitely will be a returning customer. There are flavored floss drops, different attachments.

Product is great. The subscription service was a little to aggressive in consideration or proudct consumption. But I was able to get it aligned to my needs and very happy with the product and benefit to my dental health and wellbeing.

I liked the product, it does what it's made for BUT, it doesn't hold a charge very long. It should have come with an outlet adapter. The water tank emptied quite quickly, refilled at least 3 times every use on medium setting. Customer service on phone seems a little stale. Also when purchase is made you are automatically put on a subscription! Having limited mobility I have to chase down the UPS driver for the next order sent in order to return! In my development it's pretty much drop and run. Purr will not send me a lable, they REALLY need to change that!

After researching available flossers, I found the one by Puursmile the best choice for my periodontal needs. Having purchased it in October of 2025, I have found it to be an excellent choice and my periodontist agreed. Recently, the unit stopped charging. After contacting Puursmile and presenting them with information regarding the unit’s issue with charging, they were extremely helpful and pleasant. I now have a new unit. I cannot express how impressed and pleased I am with this company and their product. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Unknowingly signed up for a ridiculously expensive subscription that cost more than the device itself! Extremely difficult to cancel. You can’t get your money back or speak to an actual person. This company is a scam site! Do not give them your credit card information.

I just want to say that I really love my purr. I have a fixed implant bridge and the device cleans underneath it perfectly. When my unit began to misfire, I reached out to customer service and they immediately rectified the situation with a new one. This company stands behind its product! No fights, no hesitation, no charge! Just a replacement. That’s the way businesses need to be! A rarity in these times😊

I contacted Puur Smile a week ago, after my unit failed to recharge. I have had it since March, 2025, and used it daily. I was dependent on it to remove plaque and food debris. Marie from Puur Smile responded immediately, and has arranged for a new unit to be shipped to me. My Puur Smile water flosser is a necessary part of my dental hygiene, and I cannot be without it. Thank you, Marie!

I had purchased the puur smile water flosser a few months ago. Love the product although I noticed tge water tank had a crack in it!I notified Customer support ,sent in a picture and received notification today that they are replacing the water tank free of charge!

I bought this Puur product and received it on February 21. I wasn't happy with it and requested a refund. I was well within the return period. It took forever to get them to email me the label for the return. In the meantime while I'm waiting for the mailing label, I received another package from them that I did not order and they charged me for it. I've been fighting with these people to get a second refund that I'm owed. It's been almost two months and they still owe me a refund. FO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SCAMMED ME AND WON'T CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE.

I put my original order in January of 2026, was charged automatically for a subscription for replacement parts in February that I did not sign up for and have still not received the original order and it is now May. I keep getting the runaround to get my refund and when I email bots keep answering and I still don't have my refund. I am still getting emails to purchase replacement parts. Dont waste your time and money. The five star reviews are most likely bots to keep the ratings high.
Post review I said I would write a review accordingly when Puursmile finally got back to me. After a 4 month wait they have finally refunded my money for both the original order and replacement pieces. To be honest I am still very upset that it took this long to actually speak with a person and it took writing the original review to get a response from a person and to get my money refunded. They are trying but need to be better.
