Wanted to adjust my subscription which…

Wanted to adjust my subscription which I couldn't do on my own via the website so when I reached out I got an immediate response that supported my request to alter the frequency of shipments. So the customer support was very good but the user experience for the subscription service updates needs improvement. But love the product.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! My subscription was easy to cancel after a couple of months of product and when my water tank cracked unexpectedly, they were quick to respond and send a replacement. Super appreciative!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I ordered this PuurSmile system as it was supposedly the #1 rated water flosser. I found this flosser very awkward to use compared to our previous WaterPik product. I was hard to hold and required that the small water tank to be filled at least 3 times to clean both sides of my teeth. I called and spoke with Cha who quickly canceled my order, however, the refund wasn't the original total amount that I paid. Fast forward about 3 wks until I checked my email today to find that over $79 in supplies has been shipped! I called and spoke with Jane, who explained that this was just a part of my "subscription "! However, I told her that I had NEVER ordered a subscrition!! She politely apologized and canceled the order, submitted a refund to my credit card, and emailed my a shipping return label. Maybe I should have looked at many of these reviews where customers had been charged with subscriptions that were never ordered! Or maybe my original Customer Service agent, Cha, should have asked me if I wanted my "subscription " cancelled when I cancelled my original order!!

Such great customer service

Such great customer service! My charging cord was lost and I needed a new one. Upon finding they were not currently in stock, and since I bought directly through Puur Smile, I was immediately offered a brand new water flosser unit (with cord, of course). I’ve missed using it and am so relieved and impressed, and can’t wait for the new water flosser to arrive!

I dropped my puur water pic and it broke. I contacted customer support and they responded quickly and promptly sent me a replacement part no questions asked. Highly recommend. And I do love their product.

Love love love this flosser

Love love love this flosser and drops!!! Great customer service too! I was unknowingly signed up for auto replacement drops and replacement heads which auto shipped at 30 days - even though I will buy the drops I didn’t need them yet - customer service hopped right on it to fix the issue - all in all 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Love it!

I didn’t give it a full 5 stars only because I unknowingly signed up for a subscription when placing my order—but honestly, customer service completely turned that around for me. As soon as I received the first refill confirmation email, I reached out, and they responded quickly, applied a discount, and adjusted my deliveries to every 6 months instead of monthly. That level of support made a big difference!
Now for the product itself—I absolutely love this water flosser! It arrived quickly, and after about a month of consistent use, I couldn’t be happier. The attachments are super versatile and incredibly easy to switch out. My first time using it was a bit messy (definitely a learning curve!), but I got the hang of it pretty quickly. I started on the lowest setting and gradually worked my way up, which made the transition really comfortable.
The floss drops are a game changer—I love how fresh and clean my teeth feel afterward! It seriously feels like a professional-level clean every time I use it. I do have to refill the reservoir more than once during a session, but it’s such a minor inconvenience, especially since the unit is perfect for traveling.
Overall, I’m really impressed and so glad I gave this a try!

Love this water flosser

Love this water flosser. It's definitely the best one I've used. I recently recommended this to my daughter. It just makes your mouth feel so clean and I've really become addicted to using it. I did have an issue with a re-order but customer service was johnny on the spot and resolved it within hours. 10 stars all the way

Impossible to Cancel!!!!

I cannot use this product. Their website states that if you want to cancel there is a link to do so on every order email notification. That is a bold-faced LIE. There is absolutely no link on the order confirmation. When you go to the order itself on the website there is no cancellation link. I have replied to their order confirms several times telling them to cancel, to no avail. They just keep charging and charging and charging!!!! Their subscription plans are a scam and their products are not great.

Customer service is EXCELLENT
I sent an email regarding issues with the battery charge. They answered right away and were able to help me.
The initial order enrolled me in a monthly subscription (watch for that)
which I did not agree to.
I refused the delivery and a credit was issued. Marie has been wonderful during the whole process.
They do have EXCELLENT customer service which is so RARE these days.
