Brilliant service from Ian again. I took out a policy two years ago through Ian and Pure Protect and have just completed a policy review with them. I think it's great that they offer a review service to ensure that you have the correct cover you need as a lot of things can change in a few years! Ian was able to find me a better deal and better cover. Ian went above and beyond for me to get cover for an existing condition I have. Prompt updates and clear information provided at all times. They were very helpful and went through the best cover. Very flexible when booking appointments and a swerved all.my questions. A few things were inaccurate/missong which made logging into both policies a problem but they were sorted once I spoke to the insurance companies.

I spoke to Leighann Wardrop who arranged building and contents insurance for me. Leighann was very professional, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable in the way she handled my enquiry. She answered all my questions and clarified any points that I raised. Leighann got me a very good deal which I was really pleased with. I can thoroughly recommend Pure Protect Ltd and have already mentioned them to a number of my friends.

What can I say? After being rejected outright elsewhere, PureProtect arranged cover for me pretty much immediately, at a price I scarcely thought would ever be achievable. Given my complex medical history, I thought it would be impossible to get cover, but Jamie and Dale talked me through the whole process and got me cover for a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to use them again.
