They stole money. I ordered $29 the charged me $89 refused to interact. Can't return, stop payment! They are thieves! Never but from them!

They are scammers. Never reply to emails and my kit did not even reach me! DHL say they have no note of my postcode and then they say also they say that they left it in a porch and I don't have a porch!! Only Purely White can chase this now and all week I have emailed and emailed and zero reply. Don't touch them with a bargepole. AND they have no phone number!

Product is a rip off. Does not work. Company just steals your money.

Somehow, I ordered three of these and they charged me $85. I immediately tried to cancel but would not let me do it. I haven’t even opened them, but according to the reviews, this is a sham company. I bought through PayPal and have tried to rectify this, but no luck so far. DO NOT ORDER!

After trying for two weeks, I didn’t see any results and requested a return for the two unopened containers. I was told it was a flash sale(which I wasn’t aware of) & couldn’t be returned. How do you offer a 30 day money back guarantee then pull that stunt 😡 Buyer beware. I’m contacting the better business bureau.

I’ve got nothing good to say about this company. For me it does not work. They promise a 30 day refund but do not include how to file for a refund. In my opinion it is nothing more than baking soda with lemon flavoring. If you must try it buy it from Amazon so you can get a refund!

The product did not show any difference in 30 days of use.

After several emails to customer service about an issue with shipping address total silence. Item was shipped with incorrect address anyways One week later still not a word about my purchase. I guess I should have read all the bad reviews before ordering . Unfortunately a 30.00 learning experience. Companies like this continue to rip off the public without any retribution. Hope this review reaches others before they place an order and expect any customer service after the sale.

This is a false product and those that say they saw a difference in the first brushing, well they are stretching the truth. They tell you that you can return but you have to take before and after pictures.
People listen to reviews, this product DOES NOT work and they will not give you a refund.

Just bought this product so no reviews yey about effectiveness. Have read many reviews that comment on their service. I received my order three days after placing my order. So, no problem there. More to come...

Went through a whole bottle, used daily. NO CHANGE, NO results. Scam.

ABSOLUTE 100% RIPOFF COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

They use a carrier called "Better Trucks," which delivered the package nowhere near my apartment. They took a picture, which proved it wasn't near my apartment.

I provided this evidence to Purely White, and they said it's my problem, and they would not offer a refund or send a replacement (either would have been fine).

They told me to contact the carrier, and if I could provide additional evidence, they might review it again.

Are you kidding me? Seriously? I love supporting and using non-Amazon companies, but this one is a total ripoff.

This product does not work at all. Returns and refunds are impossible, despite their claims. I just threw my money out the window. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

This product does not work! What a waste of money! I am on my second jar and I barely see any difference in the color of my teeth. This company was rated number one tooth whitener but apparently it was sponsored so the results were not valid. Do not buy this!!

If I could give a zero star I would. Do not order from them. They claim their shipping company can’t find my home although all of my other mail arrives. Then when you request a refund they refuse because it was ordered during a flash sale even though they offer money back guarantee. Scammers.

Besides it being messy, it doesn't do anything. I bought both simply white and the simply white purple one. I have been using for a few weeks and I see no change at all.

No customer service. I contacted them twice and no response.

I placed an order off their website and after a couple days I sent an email asking if I could cancel my order because I found the same product on Amazon for a lower price, free shipping and next day delivery. The response I received was they don’t refund payments from promotional offers. After waiting a week with no notification of the product being shipped I asked again to cancel my order and refund my payment and was given the same response. After over two weeks with no delivery and no notification of the item shipping I again asked to cancel my order and refund my money and it’s now four days since I sent the email and no response. I guess it’s my fault for not doing any research on this company before placing the order.

Used as directed for one container. Absolutely no results. $38 for a very small container. Too expensive. Ineffective.
