Which I tried to cancel but instead it took another payment over £94
I sent a email to the explaining I didn’t order all the products and to cancel
Got in touch with my bank to try and cancel it but no luck
Don’t order anything from them I feel it’s a massive scam
Let’s see if I receive anything 🙏🏻

The Jar opening is way too small to dip a toothbrush in unless it’s a child’s.
The flavor is nice but using for 2 weeks haven’t seen any changes.

No issues with shipping, I received very quickly.. Jury is still out if it actually works

First they sent me three bottles when I ordered only one. Then it was impossible to return the items (Purely White Deluxe toothpaste) to them for a refund: the contact email gets no response and the phone number doesn't work.

This stuff does not work. I bought it for my husband and after 2 months of use his teeth are just as yellow as when he started. I accidentally ordered 2 jars and emailed the company about my mistake. I was told it was already out for shipment. That was a lie! Gave the 2nd jar to my daughter and when I asked her if it was working she smirked and said "yeah. See my white teeth". Uh, no I didn't.

Be careful with this product. They do not honor their guarantee. Bait and switch tactics. Took ; emails to get a response only telling me guarantee was not applicable. Could even find the language in the return policy that excluded the return. My option steer clear. Product does not perform as advertised.

tried to cancel as soon as I realised that this was an under par product sent loads of emails not responded too, note the only email I received was to say as I bought on flash sale they won't let me return, think only got this response as I reported to klarna, I'm usually not so easily duped as thought I was looking at a good review site . But actually spotted product actually after I wanted to return Amazon £5.99 it was on my dentist advice wanted to return , took them over 4 weeks to respond to email.

Customer service? There IS no customer service. I haven't even tried the product yet, but am already left with such a 'bad taste in my mouth' that the product would have to be extraordinary for me to purchase from this company again.

I ordered what I thought was only one bottle of the Purely white deluxe product, but instead once I clicked on my card payment, I realized the amount charged was for considerably more than the original amount advertised. It turns out somehow I had ordered 3 of their bottles and was being charged for 2 and getting the third for free. There was no "cancel" button and no way for me to confirm my order before hitting the payment button. Instead it was thank you for your order and we will be shipping it soon. I emailed them right after the order was made telling them I wanted to cancel it as I had intended and thought I was only ordering one bottle. I got no response and followed that up with a couple more emails and still no response. Then today, the next day, they emailed that my order is being shipped.
I can see that it will be difficult to return the order and that there is a clause that they do not accept returns on sale items which this supposedly was. I probably will not be able to get my bank credit card issuer to stop payment as the product is now being shipped, so as of now I am likely going to have to swallow the $84.78 charge for 3 bottles I do not want, that was originally offered at $29 for the 1 bottle that I did want. This is a scam, pure and simple, and while I have not yet tried their product, even if it does work as advertised, which I am now skeptical of, I will never buy from this company again and would advise extreme caution purchasing this product from them.

I only ordered one of this product but they charged me for two plus a free one. So the order cost me almost $100.00. I haven’t received the product yet but already I know it’s a scam. I immediately texted them to not send it and they just now got back to me that it’s already gone out so there is nothing they can do. Well my response went out on August 9 and I just got their response today August 18. I will have to call my bank. Please do not deal with this company! It’s a scam!

Ordered the Purely White tooth powder, which is yet to arrive. Advertised as unable to buy anywhere else. It's actually on Amazon £5.99and eBay £7.99 for a fraction of the price I paid, with postage a whopping £32. Within less than an hour of ordering I emailed trying to cancel the order, hah! fat chance. I actually emailed 9 times over 3 days, and 3 times within an hour outlining my legal right to cancel. All emails went unanswered. I even went to my bank to try and stop the sale going through, which they couldn't do grrrrrrrrrrr. Upshot is, I have paid £32 for a product which is being sold much cheaper elsewhere. I paid for one pot of powder and was charged a whopping £8 postage. This is just a RIP OFF. I feel I have been scammed. And I already know I won't be able to return it as they've made it so difficult. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. Hope this is a warning to any other potential buyer. DO NOT BUY.

Ordered one item, found 4 were being shipped! Tried to cancel but no response other than to tell me items have been shipped. This was an ad on SKY news page so why would SKY allow and promote such a deceiving company. never trust SKY again. Deff do not buy form them

I ORDERED UP ONE ITEM AT £22 AND ENDED UP BEING CHARGED £109!! Do not order anything from purely white as they are purely scammers! Still no goods have arrived and no email to say when they will arrive.

Their customer service is non-existent. I requested to cancel an add on order that somehow included a whitening kit with gel & LED light that I didn't intend to purchase & literally never clicked on to purchase. Their email response was no refunds possible because it was a special promotion. I didn't order the stuff & was stuck paying almost $100 for something I didn't want or order AND it hadn't even been processed or shipped because I contacted them immediately. I will never ever order from them again & will tell everyone to avoid them, regardless of how good their product might be!

Have been using this product for over a month and haven’t seen any improvement

The product may be great but the company and its customer service are terrible. I ordered a jar of their powder for $34.99, then okayed a post-order offer of another jar for $19.99. Somehow that got combined with a tooth whitening kit and another jar of powder, and the site is thanking me for my order totaling $84.99. I immediately emailed their Contact Us address saying, Stop the Add-on Order. No avail. The orders showed up on my credit card next day, with a phone number to call. All my calls went into a blind account that did not identify a company or offer to take messages.
I posted a dispute with my credit card company for the Add-on orders. Five days later I received a reply from PureWhite to my original email telling me, So sorry but offering no refund. So I have 2 jars of product and a tooth whitening kit containing a tooth trough that I have no use for, at a total cost of ~ $60. (Citibank absorbed the $20 I disputed on the 2nd order.)
Lesson learned: If you believe Consumer Reports' summary and want the product, buy it from Amazon or Target if those are available. Deal with the PURE WHITE at your own risk.
UPDATE 8-11-26: I just discovered the review appeared, not in Consumer Reports, but in something called Consumer Reviews, which takes payments for reviews. Ah well; fool me once….

This powder is a total scam! I was sucked in by them! Ive used it for a month or so and theres been no change!!! Plus the product gets wasted ever time i use it! The powder falls out and is all around the sides! When i put my small electric brutin the glass container again it goes everywhere 😡

Please do bot purchase this product its a waste of money and all the pictures are AI generated 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

They sent a promotion which I came to find was an outdated product. I contacted customer service immediately. Even though the order had not yet shipped, I was told that all sales were final and that it could not be canceled.

A company that refuses to cancel an order within minutes of purchase—before shipment—and hides behind rigid policies raises serious concerns about its business practices. I found the website misleading and the customer service completely unhelpful. I would never order from them again.

Horrible company. Do not order from them. The website is a scam. If you order one thing, you look at your order and other things are added and charged. I tried to cancel within minutes and was told not possible, no returns or exchanges, when not even shipped. Fraudulent policies. Do not order from them!!!
