Pureclo Omdömen 

Rubbish company (thought to be based in China), who were advised of incorrect items delivered on 02/04/26. They accepted it was their error and every month since have advised that it would be resolved. As at 13/08/26, still not resolved and no refund. Thought to be a scam - avoid purchasing from Pureclo!!!

I ordered some trousers over 3 months ago when they finally arrived 8 weeks later they were the wrong product and 3 sixes bigger than ordered. Nearly two months later I am still waiting for the correct items to be delivered . I have had numerous holding emails but not product despite promise after promise . The company is a scam and should be taken off all sales sites . If you value your hard earned money steer clear of this company .

Bought some trousers for £50+ -a lot for me.
Not only of the absolute worst standard materiel, construction and zero design, I’m too embarrassed to even send them to a charity shop. I do wish I’d checked Trustpilit first. A salutary lesson

Why did I not read the reviews!!! Just like so many other reviews I purchased from Purecloin good faith!!! What I received was nothing like the items shown in their website - they sent the wrong size - but even if it had been the correct size the quality is appalling !! Supposed to be leisure pants with panels and elastic fabric - what I actually received were some almost indescribable pants of appalling quality!! I have tried contacting them for a refund but just get the automated reply everyone else gets - Pureclo is an absolute SCAM and no respectable online site should allow them to advertise!! I have wasted £120 on items that are worth nothing!!! Absolute SCAM SCAM!! Hard lesson learnt - always read reviews !!!!!!!

the wrong size was sent. no response from email requesting how to return or refund. the support page does not take you to free returns as they state. very disappointed spent over $200 on 2 pair and now stuck.

Very poor quality. I bought 3 pairs of trousers, when they were worn the first time thread started coming undone to the point where they were split from front to back!!! I had to buy a pair of trousers when I was out simply to get through the day. They have not responded to emails.
Utter, utter rubbish, DO NOT BUY!!!

The worst product from the worst company i bought a trouser online from this company.
My advice never ever buy any product from this company.bought a trouser as per their size guide end up getting the trouser two or three sizes too small cheap material sold at premium price.
Dont buy any product for this company unless you have money to throw in the gutter. Request To return window too short when customer is away. My all experience is not short of frustrstion and a nightmare . You are being warned. Dont buy stay safe.

Ordered trousers for my husband which arrived 24 May. Unsuitable so emailed for return/refund details. They asked for photographs of them showing tabs still attached etc. Sent as requested 25 May. Told by Alisha (Senior Customer Support Specialist) it would be sent to review & they would be in touch.
I have now sent several emails asking why it should take so long for a simple request. Now 1 July & no action. I am not sure how to get this resolved. Please DO NOT buy from this Company !! Unfortunately did not see the other Trustpilot reviews or I would not have entertained using them.

Ordered a pair of trousers on 8 May which eventually arrived on 20 May
Trousers were wrong fit _ high waisted not mid waisted and also 1.5 inches longer than ordered.
Tried to return these and eventually after taking multiple photos return was accepted and I was promised a returns label. This has never arrived despite multiple emails promising delivery.
Eventually followed Mastercard rules and instructed Pureclo to pick up from my address which they acknowledged but did not action.
My credit card company is now recrediting my account and following up to hopefully reclaim the funds

Don’t believe anything these people tell you

I ordered casual pants cost £59.99 they where so poor and I have been trying to return for a refund they do not respond to messages and I have no address to return their item.
They may be a company who are scamming in the UK for what other reason would they not respond

Very desapointing not received what was ordered. Order mesh pants the one received are not.

Wrong size not what I ordered and cannot email them it bounces back

I bought a pair of trousers in a sale that were so badly made they were unwearable. My request to refund was ignored.

Scam company with fake UK address trading poor quality wrong size clothing from China that probably cost £1 to manufacture, avoid at all costs.

Was sent the wrong size on 2 pairs of trousers. After many emails re a refund or the correct size I just got a standard holding email as others below got. They then finally sent another 2 pairs whilst taking a further £20 from my card. These were also the wrong size. Now going through same holding emails. Warranty not worth anything. Do not buy from this company.

Their web page states they are Trust Pilot 5 star. Please take them down.

Ordered trousers on 22/04 - arrived 11/05 -
Poor quality wrong size - returned on 12/05 by first class post with signature on receipt - no refund - no reply to my emails.

This is a scam company. They sent me the wrong size trousers from China; the trousers are far too big for me, and they will not change them, as they do not reply to any of my emails or return requests. I have been sending emails for over a month, and not one reply from them. They should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook.

Wish I’d read this before ordering. Wrong size and faulty goods . Returns impossible as they do nt reply. When is the UK going to stop these scam companies trading here. Blame Facebook as well .

This website is a pure scam. Ordered two pairs of pants in different colours with specific waist and inseam sizing as I am quite tall. Three weeks later I received two pairs of pants the same colour with incorrect waist and inseam sizing. Product feels very cheap. Still waiting for them to reply to my email for a refund. They offer now way to contact them by phone, just a basic gmail account.

UPDATE: I have now had four email exchanges with ‘Alisha’ of PureClo.
I have been asked to send photos of both pairs of pants with the labels clearly showing along with photos showing a measuring tape alongside the waist and inseam to verify the incorrect sizing (which I did). I was then asked to ‘try them on’ to verify they don’t fit (which I did not as they clearly are too small for me). The matter was then being ‘escalated’ for review. I followed up a week later and ‘Alisha’s’ reply was to restate that the matter had been ‘escalated’ and that my patience is appreciated…
I have never experienced such poor customer service when the company clearly has acknowledged receipt of their requested photos of the product that show the sizing is incorrect. I am not hopeful that they will initiate a refund anytime soon (if ever).
