The shirts are some awful material.

Tried to return, but they fob you off. I'm 6 weeks into trying to return my shirts and they don't know the return address.

We all know, once I have returned them, if I ever get to, they will find a reason I don't get a refund.

Total Scam.

What a shame I had to give this cheating bunch of monkeys even one star; but you have to give at least one star in order to be able to leave a review.

OK, so my review - as all other are in fairness - really is based on my personal preference which is subjective, but some things are objective, and it's this that needs addressing publicly so that no one deals with this company out of ignorance.

I purchased three shirts as a buy two get 3rd free deal, having been assured that returns were totally possible - with Truefords claiming that they answer email queries 'within 24 hours 7 days a week'.

The shirts took over 2 weeks to arrive (they're made in China), but when they arrived, they were absolutely not as advertised, as they didn't fit properly, had absurdly small collars, and seemed to be made out of the same shiny material as a 1980's darts player.

I only opened one of the shirts, and immediately emailed Truefords to begin the return/refund process.

That's where the fun and games began. 'James' (almost certainly not his real name) did email back in the first instance within a couple of hours, asking why I wanted to return the items. When I - politely - explained why, he asked that I send him a photograph of the shirt, which did seem a bit odd.

Radio silence ensued, so I politely followed up only for 'James' to ask why I wanted a refund rather than an exchange; and when I asked for a return/full refund, he eventually came back saying they were 'experiencing difficulties in processing returns'.

This went back and forth for another 2 weeks, but I was eventually given an email with a link to a site where this return could eventually take place.

Well, that was two weeks ago and where do you think we are now? That's right, your cynical mind is spot on - I'm in exactly the same position as I was on day one.

These cheating bunch of ....( I'll leave you to fill in the blanks) have absolutely no intention of giving any of us who don't like their product a penny of our money back.

Subjective I know, but these shirts probably cost them only a few quid to make, so it'd cost them more to ship our unwanted items back to say, China than they'd make selling us their products in the first place. Objectively, Truefords have no level of customer service whatsoever.

My advice? If you're not particularly bothered how certain items look on you, these shirts are cheap (I got three for £100), but if you have a single doubt that any of their clothes won't be right for you, just don't touch them with a barge pole, because you simply won't get your money back.

I have two options for my shirts. Throw them in the bin, or wear them down the pub, and ready myself for a few shouts of 'One Hundred and Eighhty' and be guided towards a darts board.

Complete fraud of a company ordered 2 shirts which took an age to arrive. When they did quality is absolute rubbish. Requested refund and no reply. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

The shirt is comfortable even in 40 degree heat, doesn't stick to you like most dress shirts do. I've been wearing it to work daily for about two months now, still looks good after washing.

I am happy with my purchase. The team is baru responsive to any issues and act immediately to resolve them. I purchase 3 shirts and all is good!

Purchased a pair of slacks online. (Facebook).
The slacks in the advert looked good, smart well cut.
What arrived requires the weather to have drainpipe size legs and have a crease coctantly across the thighs
I asked for a return label and my money back six weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. The tactic at the beginning, after days of waiting, to to offer you another size; then finally agree to a refund and then total silence.
I recommend you do not use this vendor.

Wasn't sure what to expect but the navy shirt is genuinely good quality. The fabric feels soft and dosn't get that shiny look after washing like some other shirts I've had. Handles our summers well too. Planning to order the white next.

Shirt ordered but 2 weeks later it had still not been dispatched. I contacted the company by email asking for either a delivery date or a refund. They cancelled my order the day after. No refund received just yet.

Bought this as a gift for myself. Really pleased with it, fits well and looks smart.

I've been dry cleaning my work shirts for years. When I sat down and actually worked out the cost thats easily over two thousand a year just on shirts. Felt a bit daft honestly. Bought four of these and haven't been to the dry cleaner since. Just wash them, hang them up, done. They come out looking fine every time. The fabric hasn't gone funny or degraded after a few months of regular washing which was my main worry. Good quality shirts. I've told a few people at the office and a couple of them have ordered now too.

Order was delayed, kept asking customer care and they said rest assured its arriving but it took forever. Then I wanted to return or exchange the color, and they simply refused saying their policy is 14 days and not 30.

It was a mistake buying from them. Would much rather trust other folks.

Shirt is nice, good quality, no complaints there. But the website said 5-7 business days and mine took 9. I know its not a massive deal but if you say 5-7 then it should be 5-7. Just a pet peeve of mine. Would probably order again but wanted to flag it.

Don't buy from this company, ordered 3 shirts never arrived, said they were at the courier, blatant lie, after 3 months still trying to get a refund

Bought for my husband's birthday. He loves it, wears it constantly. Already ordered two more.

The shirts are straight from China and hence take weeks to arrive, shiny poor quality, wouldn't wear so returned them to USA to the address supplied as they would not answer emails.
package returned 6 weeks later saying not known at the address!!!
they are selling chinese manufactured shirts without seemingly holding stock in the USA.

Complete fraud. Ordered three shirts. Didn’t fit. Requested to send back for refund. Keep getting emails back saying that they are trying to contact their supplier to provide me with a return address. It’s been three months and about 20 emails. I have given up. Luckily I purchased using a credit card and I got a full refund from the credit card company. As soon as they saw my emails they refunded me. I have given up on the company and the shirts are going in the bin. Crap quality capsize and a complete fraud on customer returns policy. Do not buy from them.

Saw these advertised on Instagram while scrolling at 11pm. Nearly kept Scrolling, I've ordered from online-only brands before and the quality never matches the photos. But the wrinkle-free claim caught my attention because I was literally standing at the ironing board at the time. Ordered a white in Large. When it arrived, the first thing I noticed was the fabric, nothing like those stiff M&S non-iron shirts. Soft, matte, moves properly. Wore it to work the next day, sat in meetings for six hours, drove home. Zero creases. My wife looked at me when I walked in and said I looked like I'd just got dressed. That's never happened before. Ordered the navy and light blue the same evening.

Pathetic fraud be careful

Ordered 3 pairs of trousers which arrived and were labelled 'Small' and were manufactured in China, they are far too small. Tried to call the number on their emails the line is dead. Offer was money back or free exchange, they've not answered any of my emails requesting either exchange or refund. Wouldn't trust them!

I ordered 3 shirts for £99.80 back on January 6th 2026. It is now February 20th 2026 and still no delivery. I used both the link in their order confirmation to contact Truefords ... no reply. I then used the contact page on their website to ask where my order was ... no reply! I contacted the supposed carrier Relay ... no Reply! I have now given up and expect my £99.80 is lost and I've been conned! WARNING BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
