So I ordered a medium dress that arrived super quickly which was awesome, only thing is I miscalculated. I needed a size smaller, so I opened up a refund/exchange inquiry to which Emmanuel was to assist me. Wow wow, very friendly and super helpful. My case was time sensitive so he was willing to help arrange things to be speedy. I was able to return, recieve a refund and order the correct size within a week. I cannot be more happier with how I was helped. The refund took some time to process, bt overall things went smoothly. I'm more than excited to get my dress and I definitely will be making purchases here again.

I received the wrong items when I ordered so I contacted the company, after 3 days I had no reply, I but I could still see they were posting on the socials which I also tried to contact them on, still nothing. I felt very frustrated like I was begin ignored. When I finally got a response, they was very helpful, very fast to respond and above all else they fixed my problem without delay.

After more then a month, DHL contacted me to tell me that they had not received the package from Punkrave yet. I emaild them several times over multiple weeks and no answer. Only after writing a very negative review and emailing them more then 20 times in one day, I got an answer. They explained that my package was in a sorting centre in the UK but because of corona and brexit everyting had a huge delay. I understand that this is not punkraves fault but the lack of communication is really a problem. I finally received my package today, the kimono is nice quality and exactly like the picture so it's a positive ending, but I will probably not order from them again.

I've been trying to reach costumer service for about 6 months now and they don't respond at all.. I don't know if there is something wrong with the mailing system but they don't respond. Very bad!

Great transaction and communication for my purchase of the Isabella waistcoat. Delivery time was as expected following Christmas. About the item, this detailed, feminine waistcoat has been on my wishlist for a year, and I located it here at punkrave.ch. The fit can be tightened with the front and back lacing, which I did with the small to fit my upper torso measurements. I had a savings code at the time, so thank you punkrave.ch.

Punkrave had the Halloween sale, so my bestie and I ordered stuff from them for a discount and free shipping. Upon arrival, we discovered that one item was missing. The support told us, that they "forgot" to package the item and refunded us - to which we do not agree. We want the item as per order! Now would have to pay extra for their mistake - for shipping and the price without the discount. I tried to mail Punkrave using their staff and Paypal mails, and opening another ticket, but they simply ignore me. What's wrong with them? So unprofessional.

J'ai passée deux commandes chez Punkrave. Les articles sont de très bonne qualité. La livraison se fait dans les délais et le suivi des colis fonctionne très bien ! Contact agréable et professionnel avec le service client qui est très réactif. Vraiment rien à redire on ne peut que recommander !

Absolutely phenomenal customer service here and top notch quality products. Very easy exchanges and they will work with you if you have any questions about any products as well as sizing concerns even after an item arrives. Would definitely buy from this retailer again.

First of all, I am a fun of Punk Rave style. :) Quality justifies the price. About the shop itself: swift replies and great customer support. There was a problem with my package on the customs. I just wrote a message to the seller, and it was quickly solved, without any involvement from my side.

I contacted the people at punkrave, since we needed some specific spare buttons for one of their very stylish coats. Within a day I received a very friendly and helpful reply. Although I bought the coat in a local store, they immediately sent out a few buttons - completely free of charge. That is service at its best! Thanks again guys! Regards, André.

I was after a coat that I saw in a preview email, but when I went to the site, it wasn't there. I wrote and asked about it and they immediately added it to the site for me. I ordered it and 12 days later it was here with me in Australia. With the way postage is now, that's a pretty impressive delivery time. Meanwhile, the coat is fabulous, looks great and fits well. The size charts for each item are very helpful. This is my 2nd time ordering from Punk Rave but it won't be the last. Love their stuff! And the service is friendly and helpful.

This is about Punk Rave China and my experience with Fantasmagoria and how Punk Rave China saved the day. Okay so...I bought items from Punk Rave China after clicking an advert. I didn't realise it was the Chinese Punk Rave or that there were others. I needed to return a dress. It was during corona so they said they accept my return but to wait. That's okay. While waiting I looked for their Instagram and I was led to Fantasmagoria. Whenever I type Punk Rave in, that's where I am sent. They stock mostly Punk Rave. Actually, I think all the garments are the label. They told me they are NOT affiliated with Punk Rave China so I was really confused and it seemed odd. They told me that if I'm in the UK that they are the closest seller to me. I later found out this is not true and there's a Punk Rave UK. So it was a blatant lie. Why? I had issues with Fantasmagoria who were rude, accusatory and lied again in a big nasty way so that I could not make my return. Meaning I was out of pocket.
I continued to email Punk Rave China to return my original dress and I initially didn't receive a response so I sent another. Suddenly, I was refunded by them. Not just for the dress...I was refunded my entire order. Just because they didn't respond to my email straight away due to the crisis. I couldn't believe it! It essentially covered my return to them and my dress from fantasmagoria and now I still have two dresses that I can sell. Thank you Punk Rave China. I will rave about you to anyone I can

Ordered a fancy vampire cloak and a small brooch that surprisingly took a long time to get sent, so I contacted the Punk Rave customer service to inform about the issue.
As it turned out, apparently the delivery service had lost the package and never updated the tracking code, however the customer service was more than willing to help me out with this unfortunate situation.
The brooch unfortunately had gone out of stock in the meantime, but it was refunded to me without me even having to ask, and a brand new cloak was sent to me, using an extra fast delivery service this time, without any additional cost!
I'm amazed at how smooth and easy this experience went. I've received the tracking number and I'm expecting the package to be arriving soon!

Very good, very responsive. The only sad thing is sometimes the stock on their website isn't fully updated which can lead to a touch of disappointment, but they do a good job making it better.

Also the clothes are badass, like 'nuff said. You wanna look and feel awesome?

Oh! For sizing, very accurate to the size chart over all, just keep in mind that dimensions not mentioned might run smaller than your assumptions. For example, i got some leggings that fit accurately in the dimensions listed(hip and waist), but my thighs are a bit thick meaning getting them on is a bit of a careful maneuver.
So as long as you understand your bodyshape and where it deviates proportionately to the models on the website, you'll get a good fit. I'm a size 2-3 in american jeans, and medium on punk rave fit pretty well beyond the legging issue. As for tops, I'm thin with a large bust, and the shirts all fit really well in size medium.

I have been ordering from punk rave for almost three years and have always loved the clothes once I had them.
They are exactly as described and as picture perfect as in the photos on the website :)

I have had only once a problem with a garment and the costumer service is always very kind and quick to answer and act :)

I would totally recommend if you like this kind of style and I have already recommended to some of my friends :)
