Customer service in Italy has been dreadful. They received my return two weeks ago and I've received no notification of the return (I have evidence that it's been received), or response to my emails. This contravenes their own T's and C's. Their goods are good, but don't bother ordering from them if you don't want the hassle of having to chase. Also use a credit card for protection and charge back.

I had a few questions about shipping times and also needed some help with a discount code. Emanuele was absolutely wonderful! He responded promptly, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure everything was taken care of.

He was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It made my experience with Devil Fashion even better and gave me so much confidence ordering from them.

Original Review: Ordered three weeks ago. The order status never updated and the item never shipped. Sent multiple emails to "customer service" and no response at all.

Updated: Curiously, after I started posting negative reviews (07/24) and initiated a dispute with my CC, Devil Fashion suddenly starts acknowledging my emails after three weeks of no contact.

They claim I will be refunded, but we shall see.

Updated - 07/27: While it took posting negative reviews online, I finally got the attention of customer service. They reached out to ultimately tell me that the item I wanted was actually not available. They have since issued a refund. I've amended the review to be less harsh, but the lack of communication is very concerning to me and knowing that online inventory can't be relied upon, I doubt I'll ever order anything again.

I bought the so called leather pants. It is pure plastic, no real leather, fake and expensive product.
Communication good but late delivery.

I bought a very expensive Jacket and never received it. Tried to contact the store via e-mail several times but no one answered.

Fantastic clothes for gothic men. Could not recommend more for the quality, unique design and romantic vibe

After what I thought were failed attempts to contact customer service, staff helped sort out my issues with sizing. The email was in junk/spam so make sure to search! Very sweet team that are willing to go above and beyond, so make sure to check your emails!!!!

Ordered on October for a special event. Received my item in less than 5 days. Love their collections!

I asked for some replacement buttons for shirts that I have bought. They arrived just as I was told they would, and without charge. These guys are great to work with. Of course, all the garments I have bought are unique and work well for all my costume based performing requirements. I'll be getting more in the future.

I just adore the very special - and devilish! - items and pieces they have available... I had to stop myself from ordering more than I did (I only found it for one reason, and let's just say a lot more ended up in my trolley!).

Service-wise, I also had a fabulous experience. I had to email them to submit a request (to upgrade to express shipping so everything would arrive in time for my event), and they emailed me back within hours to confirm receipt and to give me the thumbs up. Highly appreciated for their care and professionalism...and of course for their wonderful accessories and clothing.

I had to exchange for a bigger size but I got an email back the next day and a return label and I got it shipped pretty quick!

Hello everyone, I am from the Czech Republic.
I Brought a vest and a pair of pants, the vest is awesome and of a really superb quality. Even though I returned the pants due to ordering them in the wrong size, they were still top quality and the costumer support was out of this world.

I will definetly shop again with devilfashion when I can save up for it, cool clothes and really kind staff.

Don't bother ordering from this company. The express delivery is an actual scam as I paid for the 3-5 day delivery for items I need by a certain day and have not received a single update as to when its actually left their warehouse or if it has at all. Their customer service is non existent and I have received no response from any email ive sent this week requesting a single update to my order.

Great experience with this brand. Shipping was fast with a tracking, my package arrived earlier than expected.
I ordered a gothic dress and a pair of gothic pants, and both items were just like the pictures. The fit was good, I will probably take an upper size next time.

Mon avis ne concerne que la demande de remboursement.
J'ai commandé un pantalon de ma taille, qui ne m'allait pas du tout. Dans la foulée, je recommande la taille en dessous, et pas mieux ! Coupe vraiment large au niveau de la taille et des fesses !
Bref je fais une demande de remboursement pour les 2 pantalons et je reçois l'argent sur mon compte en 5 jours. Ca rassure quand même !
Et lors de ma première commande j'avais pris aussi 2 pull, qui sont légers certes mais bien fait et de la taille normale.
