I recently tried the Cool Laser treatment for a large surgical scar on my back. After some initial redness and peeling, the skin’s texture noticeably improved, and the scar has significantly faded. The staff was very knowledgeable, guiding me through the process while addressing all my concerns. I am extremely happy with the outcome, and I would happily recommend this treatment for anyone who has similar concerns!

booked me into the wrong clinic. have not refunded the consultation fee despite me asking 3 times. refusing to give recovery time information and then gave incorrect info. very expensive service. would recommend finding a cheaper alternative. also had to wait around for my consultation which started 30 minutes late.

Spent £999 on 3 pico laser treatments for hyperpigmentation and I see no improvement at all which is really disappointing. I waited a few months just to check too. The treatment itself was quite painful! I can't recommend it. The constant price fluctuations are also a little odd.

I had the Sylfirm X treatment at the Marylebone clinic. The staff were lovely and really friendly. They made sure that I completely understood the process and aftercare for the treatment, whilst also making sure that I was comfortable throughout the treatment.

So far, I have noticed a huge improvement in the texture of my skin and acne scarring. I would definitely recommend this treatment 🙌🏽

Specifically the branch in Bank, is very neat and attentive. Regarding the laser hair removal after only 1 session I’m significantly pleased with hair reduction which makes me super excited for the sessions to come.

I will post an update review after more sessions as I just had my second and am fairly at the beginning but first impressions have been great.

I find the staff really professional and polite and have seen great benefit from the laser hair removal, highly recommend purchasing the full body package.

The team were outstanding during my treatment and offered a first class service. The treatment was also great and the practitioner was superb in understanding my concerns and targeting those areas.

After 10 days of the laser treatment on flat warts on my face with Lucy, the recovery goes very well and the condition of my face looks much better and being revitalised. It proves that the treatment and the recovering progress works as expected. Lucy and the supporting team at Pulse Light did a great job.

Had my first laser hair removal session about a month ago for bikini, underarm, and perianal. So far even after one session the hairs have definitely reduced and are growing slower, and some of them even fall out on their own with gentle exfoliation. I’m happy with the service, except that often when you get there there’s like a 15 minute wait despite having made an appointment, and also the treatment rooms are very cold.
