I go to the Milton Keynes branch and the staff are lovely and customer service great and I am so pleased I decided to get laser hair removal treatments.

I had a microdermabrasion session. In the middel of my session, one of the staff walked in the room and said she needs to dermabrasion machine for her customer. My session was rushed to give the machine to the other customer. It was very unprofessional. If the have only one machine, they should not book two customers at the same time. It was a waste of my time and money.

Hi, my experience at the laser clinic has been truly amazing. I started my journey with Azy, and she is absolutely fabulous. The way she delivered the service was incredibly professional, and she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and friendly approach really stood out. I’m very happy with the results so far and would highly recommend both Azy and the clinic to anyone considering treatment.

I had booked my appointment during my previous session, but unfortunately I woke up today on my period and experiencing significant pain. As I understand that the treatment can be more uncomfortable during this time, I requested to move my appointment from tomorrow to the next available date after my period, so the experience would be more manageable.
When I called, the attendant, Zara, did not allow me to fully explain my situation and remained focused solely on the 48-hour cancellation policy. While I do understand the policy, I was hoping there could be some flexibility given that this is a health-related issue. I have been a client for over a year and have never had any issues before. In fact, I have previously been able to reschedule under similar circumstances without difficulty.
I appreciate that my appointment falls within the 48-hour window, but this situation was unexpected, and I am currently experiencing severe cramps. I believe there should be some level of discretion or flexibility in cases like this, especially for long-standing clients.
If no flexibility can be offered in this situation, I will unfortunately consider continuing my appointments with other clinic.

Had a lovely HydroJelly facial with Natasha and as always it was a wonderful experience. Her attention to detail and customer satisfaction is very high. The manager is also very friendly, and always helpful. Will highly recommend the IIford branch.

I have been visiting this laser clinic since last year and have been very pleased with my overall experience. The clinician, Mis Mojdeh, is very professional; she takes her time and always ensures that I am comfortable and that the laser treatment is not painful. I can see great results after completing seven sessions, and to be honest, I am happy with the outcome. The package prices are also quite reasonable.

I had my first Hydrafacial today with Amiee and it was such an amazing experience! She made me feel completely comfortable from the start and took the time to explain every step, which I really appreciated.

I paid for aa 10 session course of laser hair removal (full body). To begin with, I discussed from the outset that I wanted to limit the number of staff and I was reassured it would be one person every session. This turned out not to be the case AFTER I paid. After complaining I was reassured it would be limited to TWO people. That was fine and they were both good a their job, Jelena in particular was excellent.

After some sessions. Jelena left Laser Clinics and I wasnt informed until I turned up for a session and she wasn't there. With the other staff member having left prior to this I was assigned yet another staff member. I wasnt given the option to consider this because I asnt told until I turned up, having paid to travel there by train. I asked if the session could be honoured fo another day. It was and I had to reconcile the fact that neither of the original, experienced staff members were there. The new staff members, which ended up being at least THREE other people (a far cry from what they promised before sessions began), were less competant in terms of ensuring they were actually covering the areas.

Jelena had also ensured the intensity was increasing with each session havign idscussed this with the manager after I had complained early on, noting that the intensity was too low. Of course when she left and I queried if the intensity was continuing to increase I was given the flat respinse "its increasing in line with our usual poicies". As others on here have said, those policies are to avoid a strong enough laser that would actually work.

Im left with patches of hair appearing, where they clearly missed the areas. I was also told I cannot have the last session as I had missed an appointment, which is impossible.

After all of that I called, emailed and called again SO MANY times Ive lost count. Ive been told someone will get back to me then ive been ignored. This week again I asked to speak to the manager and I was told she would call me back. Of course, she didnt, its happened many times before.

It really is unacceptable to take money from people, not give them a proper service (low settings on purpose, missing areas) and then ignore them. Very poor customer service. There are better clinics

I have developed stretch marks acne and extra hair Sara and Pauline were utterly sneaky playing me around “professionally” taking me for an idiot lying straight up to my face and when the mange to get the worst out of me they said I’m rude may Allah take revenge from this company and it’s employees Ameennnnnnn not all of them except for few ill leave it for Allah to decide but wallah I ask him publicly to show me justice take place from this manipulative gossipy cult hasbia Allah wa nee3ma al wakkeeel

The Laser Clinic in Leeds is a wonderful place—welcoming, calm, and supportive. I was fortunate to have my first consultation with the manager, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She really listened to my skin concerns and offered thoughtful, expert advice on the treatments best suited to me. She was lovely to talk to and creates such a warm, friendly presence in the clinic.

Honestly, I usually rate this place 5 stars, but today’s experience was really disappointing. I went in for a face laser session and, when I asked questions, the therapist answered with uncertainty, which didn’t give me much confidence. The session itself felt rushed—normally, therapists take their time to properly cover each area, but that wasn’t the case today.

I left feeling like the treatment wasn’t done thoroughly and that I’ve wasted a session. I wanted to trust the therapist, but today I didn’t feel reassured at all. It came across like there was a lack of care and attention, with everything being done too quickly and without proper communication.

It was my first time to have my laser here at Laser Clinics Westfield Stratford. I got nervous at first but the staff named Darshita was very nice and gentle that made me feel at ease.

I have already left a review, but I don't mind saying again that I am very pleased with this salon.
Very good results. Barely any hair left, but I continue to buy 3 sessions yearly, to get rid of any stuborn ones.
My hair removal technician is very professional, with good advices. She is caring and has a good technic.

Easy to get to location, friendly welcoming staff. Rooms were clean and bright. Jessie (I hope I got her name right - used to be a Bondi girlie!) was an absolute gem in the consultation hearing me properly about my problem skin and making recommendations that felt realistic. Microdermabrasion was surprisingly relaxing compared to my expectations and left me feeling depuffed and refreshed!
Highly recommend!
